The customer service at this location is always top tier. I also really like how the employees are so attentive and provide samples when you're not sure about something. It's also very clean and neat always.

Unreliable shipping during the holiday season. I ordered 5 ($25) body washes on Dec. 6th in order to receive by Christmas. Order never arrived. I called and left two voice mails, did not receive a call back. So I called the Berkley, CA store and the nice agent offered to give me a refund as she checked my tracking number and apparently, my items got lost. If I were notified early on that there would be a delay in shipping, it would have helped, as the items I purchased were Christmas gifts. I had to scramble last minute to buy alternate gifts which caused a big inconvenience. I am a new customer and have only purchased a couple of times before, but during non-holiday season. I like their products, but would recommend that you order way in advance if you are ordering for an event or holiday.

Fantastic experience today at the top-rated "clean" beauty company. Lan is incredibly talented and appreciated her efficacy: how she spent extra time and effort assisting me. She answered my questions and guided me to the right products for my skin, complexion, and coloring. I love what I purchased; and I received a compliment on the lipstick shade right after I left the shop! What a truly wonderful brand --bravo for expert, effective, and dedicated customer service!

I tried to purchase a shampoo on Amazon website, and noticed that they do not deliver, pick-up only. In this modern world, "pick-up" for a product which cost only a few dollars ?? The shopping result says pick up after Thursday, 2:00PM and pick up within 2 weeks. The pick-up point is 50 minute-drive from my place. Then, Thursday at 3:00PM, they cancelled my order. I could have driven almost 2 hours for absolutely nothing !! What a messed -up vendor!! Go to hell!!!!

This is my first time visiting 100% Pure. I was blessed with Roziel as my esthetician. She was so gentle but effective. At the end my skin was glowing and felt so relaxed. I highly recommend her service. If ur in Berkeley u must stop by.

I have been using their products for many years. They are fresh smelling and none irritating. I'm well impressed. I don't use makeup, and have prescription moisturizers, but their soaps and shampoos are lovely.

I discovered this makeup line by chance as I was looking for a more clean, vegan, and conscious makeup line. I am from Miami, and was visiting the SF bay area. I was so excited to learn that there is an actual store in the Berkeley area. Carolyn and Lisa were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind and went above and beyond in their customer service. I am definitely a customer for life. I highly recommend this makeup line and to visit this store to receive excellent customer service!
