They are always welcome and knowlegdeable, busy to reach a simple solution within reason. They can only draw resources based on what action to take, purpose and availabity. Each encounter is different and its team work, plus a waiting process, conclusions of interpetation of the law or regulations.

Re: Care Court on the homeless the proposal of the Governor of CA I have been homeless for five years in my life. I am a raped victim when I was a minor and I had to face mental health incarceration because of being a rape victim. The mental health institution is not the best place to place the homeless. My abuse had happened to me because of being a rape victim, I was abused and yelled at and the battery had taken place and the staff mental care workers who abused me never had to face any criminal charges. Do you believe that taking the homeless off the street and stripping them from their civil rights is the right thing to do because a person is homeless? I had also spoken to many veterans and they have disabilities through the military, are you going to also strip the civil rights liberties from our disabled veterans homeless who had fought for our country? The police are not trained for mental health nor are they psychiatrists to strip the homeless of their civil rights. Many police had abused the homeless who have mental health and have taken their life. Now the governor of California wants police interaction and he is getting Care Court volunteers to count the homeless in each city? What is the agenda, Martial Law? The governor of California has convinced and persuaded mayors of different cities to follow his agenda Care Court or he has stated the cities will have penalties and sanctions? The governor of California should just have different actions and build a foundation for the homeless in each city where it is a one-stop program where they could register instead a force arrest on the homeless? The governor of California was voted in by the people and he knows a lot of homeless sometimes do not vote clearly because of no address. The governor of California is making things difficult for the homeless who might have been forced out into the streets because of the high rents or maybe because the disabled are on a fixed income cannot afford the high cost of rents or homeless had taken place because a person lost their job.
