These guys are the best. They always have time for a lengthy, intelligent conversation about my repairs. The work has been consistently high quality and prompt.
I recently moved but opted to make the half hour drive when I needed some work done, rather than find a local shop, because I like this store so much.

Always the most amazing customer service. Manu and Michael are so helpful and go the extra mile to help. I got a screen replaced and they did it quickly and were able to get me a screen for even less than originally quoted.

I brought in my iPad after it had been continuously crashing in a pink screen boot loop and they were able to fix it up! It turns out the battery wasn't screwed in properly by the original Apple manufacturers, but Apple and Mac Solutions were able to open up my iPad and fix it, which is something that the Apple Genius Bar won't even do. My iPad works great now, and the customer service here was wonderful! They took a look at the crashing, thought it was a battery issue, and said that replacing the battery would solve it, but once they opened it up, only the screw needed fixing. They gave me a call when it was ready to be picked up, along with a reminder text message. The man working there explained how to charge my iPad so the newly fixed battery would last much longer, which was kind of him. The store is clean and cozy, and everyone working there is kind and explains tech issues very well.

This place was great. They told me that I should buy a new iPad instead of getting it repaired by them because a new iPad would be cheaper. Really appreciated the honesty!

This place really rocks. I've used them twice now -- once to replace a drive, again to replace a battery -- and both times they delivered. The techs are professional and thorough, the speed of repairs is great (but not suspiciously fast...), and the prices outpace Apple. Buh-bye forever, Genius Bar.

MANU SAVES THE DAY... ERR... SAVES YEARS OF FILES & MY EXPENSIVE COMPUTER!!! 5 Stars is FAR too little for the quality, service and value that you receive when you intrust Apple & Mac Solutions with all your Apple needs. I have a 2017 27" iMac w/ Retina 5K, 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, Radeon Pro 580 8 GB, 40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 and HAD a 3.12 TB Fusion Drive. As with all spinning discs the Fusion drive failed. I FREAKED OUT. I totally thought it was entirely a SSD, oh how wrong I was. I'm a Designer & Photographer who had about 2TB+ of files accumulated over 5 years all local and not backed up. I feared all was lost. Manu went ABOVE & BEYOND, using every program and trick he had, to try to recover as much of my data as he possibly could. I'm talking my wedding photos, irreplaceable documents & data galore. He gives you near forensic data recovery service. This isn't an IT place... this is an IT-GOD-MODE place. Not only did he check in regularly and stay within my tight budget, but he replaced that crap HDD with a brand spanking new 4 TB SSD!!! Reinstalled my iOS and gave me as many files back as he could recover. It was A LOT of FILES! I was in tears when I saw the final result. I fully expected to buy a new computer, lose all my data and chalk myself up to being an idiot. Manu literally said "No." and saved the day, my life, my sanity, my data and my computer!! ANY APPLE ISSUE AT ALL?? GO HERE!!! Be it your iPhone is acting up, broken screen, new battery needed, or your $3+k iMac shit the bed, you need data recovery, someone to hold your hand tell you it's going to be alright and give you a brand new setup in your old shell, new SSD & clean install, these guys CAN DO IT ALL. "Genius Bar"? No. I'll take the "Omnipotent Mac Gods" at Apple & Mac Solutions the rest of my life, no matter what. Go here. Thank me later. DO IT!
