He visited the store to separately purchase the product which would cost us around $200, but Zachary came to our salvation.
He was generous enough to kind us with the product and offer us the same at absolute no cost. And the attachment works fantastic.

“I love my Dyson vacuum cleaner, but It's now past my warranty date, so I was desperate to find a good repair shop. And I finally found it one that's not just good; it's great! It's just a few steps away from the Grand Lake Theater. Fred, the owner, and his two assistants, are really, really good at what they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, totally committed to solving your problem, and as honest as the day is long. And the turnaround time is great! I can drop my machine off in the morning and pick it up that same afternoon. I must admit I was a little worried at first about finding street parking so near to the theater, but it turns out that there's a rapid overturn of spaces in that area, and I have never had a problem finding a space, more often than not right in front of the store. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Highest possible recommendation!”

“We visited on 7/10/23, looking for a length of flexible spa hose to finish setting up a hot tub in our backyard. We had already gone to one Home Depot and had issues. We located the hose in question, but wanted to buy per-foot, rather than an entire roll of hose. This was something they had a SKU for, but they didn't have 8 feet of loose tubing for us. Eventually, we took the roll up to check out and explained the situation to Sylvia. Other places might insist that we buy the entire roll. Instead, she stuck with us, and found Jose, who could do the cutting we needed.Thank you to Sylvia and Jose for going above and beyond in order to make it work. It took a little while to get the right people, but they didn't abandon us, and they made sure to keep with it until we had resolution.”

“I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!

“I have used Cornejo’s Appliances since I moved to this side of town 11 years ago. When an appliance breaks in my house, I have no patience and I want a replacement the same day or the next day. Big box stores are dependent on their contractor’s availability. Also, what I think is a simple request to have the driver call a half hour before they come is typically overlooked. They do carry refurbished appliances, however, the majority of their appliances are new and have a manufacture warranty. If need something specific it can be ordered.”

“I had my first shots this am with my fully retooled espresso machine and I'm excited to have her back in action. I'll need to experiment with things as the flow is so much more than even when things were still working for me (which shows that the pump and plumbing was degrading over time), but should be all good as I adjust my inputs. The service was great and I appreciated the time each technician spent explaining things and also the video after servicing and before picking up. The work wasn’t cheap but I feel like I have a brand new machine. They love what they do and the pride in workmanship shows.”
