Neither Bill nor Mark know how to fix a Prius, instead of telling me it is time to have a manufactures recommended transmission rebuild they just send me out with a $210 oil change and tell me everything is done and ready to go. Bill can see on car fax what is due for my Prius -I cannot!!!!!. And bill flat out, (pun intended) told me nothing else was showing for recommended repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should sue Bill.

Auto options really goes above and beyond! I recently had them change my spare tire, but when it turned out my truck was missing the tool to lower the spare tire they spent an hour of extra time welding one together out of rebar. Amazing place, amazing people!

Swapped and replaced my tires along with an alignment. All went smoothly. Mark was great in answering all of my questions and concerns and the owner Bill was very nice and cordial.

Great service for all your vehicle tire needs plus More. Auto Option has been my choice for over 20 yrs. Single owner, Bill, has long time knowledgeable employees. He also offers brakes, tire sensor replacment, alignment, oil changes. Very convenient location near REI & Whole Foods & bus stops. Also has a waiting room.

I've been going here for onwards of 30 years. Auto Options has been the most reliable, safest, and easy to work with tire and rim place. Bill has always given thorough and great service to meet my tire needs. The prices are as good as you get anywhere. He has the best selection of rims. I'd give six stars if I could.

TRUSTWOTHY: We took a family member here to get her tires checked because one of them was losing air, and he checked them and repaired only one and made sure all the rest were in good shape. It was only $35, and he never tried to upsell or make it more expensive than it needed to be.I really appreciate the good quality work they do here and honesty. I will definitely take all of my business here. 10 stars!!!

Good folks with honest rates, helpful in determining problems with my car and fixing them. They were patient with me in trying to explain and as I tried to understand. They were also friendly to my dogs. I highly recommend Auto Options.

Excellent shop! I have brought my car in a handful of times to get work done and they have always been great. Bill is really kind and patient in explaining all of the work that has been done and/or needs to get done to a non-car expert like myself. I really trust what Bill says which is really important.
