Had a great experience at Autometrics of Berkeley. Victor, one of the owners, worked on my car and replaced my alternator. He’s a genuinely good, honest guy who clearly knows his stuff. Even took the time to explain what was going on with my car, and I actually learned a lot about how things work instead of just being handed a bill. The shop is professional and trustworthy, no pressure or upselling. It’s hard to find places like this anymore. Highly recommend Autometrics if you’re looking for quality work and honest people.

I came in without an appointment for an odd noise from my car. The team at Autometeics was able to find the problem and show me exactly where my engine was leaking and which parts needed to be replaced. They were fast, efficient and fair priced. Thank you to the Autometrics team! Will be back again.

I’ve been going to this place for years, and they take good care of my car. What I like a lot is the report they generate that summarizes what they checked on my car, with photos and clear explanations each time. They’re also very easy to communicate with via text. I can tell these guys love what they do and love my car, haha. I highly recommend Autometrics.

I needed new inside door handles to be put on (I already had the handles) and was having trouble getting an appointment with local Toyota repair shops. I hadn't known about Autometrics, but I was driving by and thought, "Worth an ask!" So I stopped, walked in, received great and friendly service, and within an hour the new door handles were installed and ready. The whole experience was wonderful, and I'm very grateful.

We have been taking all our cars to Victor and Alfredo and team for over 15 years. We trust them completely, and they have done an amazing job keeping them driving in like new condition.
