**4.5 Rating**Needed a rush print and dye cut job for work. My colleague and I called a few places and wound up talking to Shirley at Autumn Press. She helped figure out what was the best method of the type of product we needed. She was super insightful. Miguel helped me during the latter half of the project, getting the design set up. I trusted his expertise and he delivered.When the order was ready, I arrived an hour or two before closing. They were busy! Shirley and Miguel warmly greeted me. They were both so sweet.Thankful for all the effort that this team put in. I really recommend working with Autumn Press for your printing needs. We recently needed a complicated rush order handled and wanted a union shop. They were very personable to work with and the order came in on time and looking beautiful. There was a hiccup along the way, but Theresa and her team handled it gracefully and quickly. The order was for some high-impact meetings on our end and we were very pleased with the quality of the work from Autumn Press.

I've been printing a bi-monthly newsletter with Autumn Press for 10 years. They have always produced beautiful work, on time and have been very responsive and flexible with my printing needs. Miguel is an amazing printing liaison and Mike in prepress is also very kind and easy to work with. Any time I stop by, the entire staff is welcoming and answers any questions I have. The website is extremely easy to use. Autumn Press even does the mailing. I highly recommend! Love these guys.

Called to establish a broker/printing relationship. The woman who answered the phone had a poor attitude, didn't want to answer any questions, told me to "check the website" for pricing, and that the only wholesale pricing discount would be that we wouldn't have to pay sales tax (reseller cert). I would like the owner to know that I print all over the country and spend two to three thousand a week in printing costs in each city where we have customers (Oakland being a new market for us). That deal was lost because of her poor attitude.

New to running a political campaign and my CPA said, "You need Autumn Press!" Not only did they get me started with a dynamic designer, but then they took me through all the steps from how they would print my campaign signs, format my mailing list, print my mailer, and send it out on my target date to reach voters right before the election. They walked me through all the options in terms of quantity and size so I could decide the best option to fit my budget. OMG, their service is unlike anything you see these days. Miguel, Terry and crew are simply incomparable. On top of that, they are a green, union print shop with outstanding printing quality and capability. I appreciated that they stayed in touch with me during every step of production. These folks are the consummate professionals who really take pride in their work and customer relations. Don't waste time with anyone else. This is a five star + business! And yes, I got elected!

The team at Autumn Press took care of a last minute ask for 2000 4" Square labels. I want to express my thanks for helping expedite our order within 48 hours. The quality is great and team loves using the easy peel backing. I previously used services at their location in the Misson SF with lots of success. Was equally happy with this experience. Pricing was competitive with other printers and they could not have been nicer.
