What is cheap isn’t good & what is good isn’t cheap… Quality work & fast turn around times. Brought in my first car back in 2016 which was my 01 e46 330i, then second car which was a 2013 F30 328i, and right now my currently daily which is a 2015 F32 428i. Had my cars in and out the shop and always drove off the shop as if my cars were brand new. Ryan is always super clear and informative and very good at walking me through the processes and overall communication with the shop is excellent! Bav Pros the GOAT

Integrity, fair and honest… 3 descriptive you don’t usually hear for a mechanic. I have been going to Bavarian Professionals for over 25 years; Marta and the team are fair, give you choices and better than dealer services at less than dealer prices. Yes - try them and see what old school service and repair looks like…. Even rental cars included! Thank you BP - I’ll keep coming back.

"Bavarian Unprofessionals" - it's a fitting name for this place, because they clearly haven't mastered the art of car repair. My BMW X1's "Chassis stabilization error" must be a very advanced problem, because even after $4,000 and three visits, they haven't figured it out. Maybe they should invest in some lederhosen for the mechanics, it might help them get a grip on the situation.
I am beyond frustrated, because issue has not been fixed after all.

Great staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain all the charges and what the car needed. Highly recommend this BMW service center to everyone. Very upscale facility. Much cheaper than the dealership. They washed and vacuumed the car too. They are doing it right .

It was my first time going to BP because my mechanic’s shop shut down. Ryan Spencer and the team took GREAT care of me. From scheduling my appointment with the friendly attendant, to the mechanic who gave me a ride home while they serviced my vehicle, every thing was a solid experience. I highly recommend them!

So impressed with this shop. I got a Dinan stage 1 tune and while they were at it, they found an issue with my eBrake cable and took care of a few other items that needed maintenance. Eric and Marta have been great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

Bavarian Professionals is the only shop I trust with my 1984 M635CSi and my other BMWs. They have maintained my cars for almost 40 years. Worth the trip to Berkeley. Honest engineers-careful diagnostics.

Very impressed with the people, the place and the people at Bavarian Professionals. They do excellent work and even washed the car when it was finished. A car dealership experience without the cost you find at a BMW dealer.
