A fantastic experience - I always get a bit antsy when my car needs work, and the staff here really put me at ease. They were able to get me in quickly and had my problem sorted out the same day, and were kind enough to hold the vehicle overnight. Definitely going to be leaning on this shop for future work.

Leo, the customer service guy at the counter is awesome! He's always really friendly and helpful but he went above and beyond recently when my car broke down and I had to get it towed to the shop after closing time. I called them half an hour before they closed and I had to leave a message, but Leo called me back 5 minutes later and gave me detailed instructions for dropping my car off after hours. I really appreciated him calling me back so quickly and his instructions were very reassuring in an otherwise stressful situation. I bring my Toyota Highlander and my wife's Honda Pilot here for all their repair needs and I couldn't be happier with the service we get every time. Thank you, Bob's and Leo!

I can highly recommend Bob’s Volvo! They’ve been servicing my cars for over 30 years and have always been thorough, reliable and always very responsive to any car issues I’ve had. Their customer service is excellent and their charges very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

I really appreciate the detailed report Berkeley Bob's provides after a car service, including photos of each car part they checked out and a rating of how that part is doing. I feel that this auto shop is fair and honest. Much appreciated.

BB’s Leo provided me a ton of info about what might be causing the air conditioner on my 2015 Volvo and scheduled an appt for service the same week. They fixed it the same day at a fifth the cost quoted to me by the dealership. Def satisfied!

They thoroughly evaluated the problems and cost to repair my 2007 Volvo Wagon and were helpful. With that info I decided to replace it with a newer model and donate the old wagon to KQED charity. They let me store my wagon in their lot until the charity finally picked it up. Leo, at their phone was always cheerful and helpful to coordinate the pickup and paperwork. They are a good group to work with.

I've been taking my car to Berkeley Bob's for the past few years. They have always taken the time to explain in advance what they'll be doing and provide reliable estimates of how much the work will cost; if more is needed, they call before going ahead. They're honest, they're reliable, and they do good work.

Our daughter is an international student at Cal and Berkeley Bob’s has a taken good care of her and her car! She recently had a battery problem which they responded to immediately and helped us, from South Africa, to find a quick solution.
