I had a good experience. The staff person was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information. It is a small space but they let you spend the time you need to make an informed decision. Used chairs and tables seemed to be of high quality and it sounds like they get new ones in often.

My old (purchased used) Aeron chair broke, so I've been on a hunt for a new ergo chair. I arrived at David's shop 20 minutes before NYEE's closing, and he patiently showed me chairs. I'm defo going to come back when I need a used high end chair.
