There's always a 1st time for storage needs, & I was sure glad to find Berkeley self storage. Adriana&family are wonderful, they do a great job taking care of everything.The location is so convenient, it's safe. I'm going to miss storing my things! I've only met the sweetest people here, and even a new client-friend. YES the price increases but they clean regularly, and there's someone close by in the office. It's worth it to me, actually motivated me to hurry up and make my move final.It's CLEAN and your things are SAFE! Thank you very much.I won't hesitate to use Berk-Self Storage again, also help other people during their moves in this journey called life :))

I have had my furniture and art at Berkeley Self Storage for the past 17 months. They've been very helpful from day 1. Even when my plans changed. It is safe and easily accessible. If you have to spend time moving in and out somewhere there's good coffee and food nearby. It has a good vibe as a female often there solo to grab something out of my space. Very clean, as well.

Seems odd to love your storage unit, but I do! I've stored my stuff between moves many times over the past decades, and dealing with the storage unit is always a horrible experience. Berkeley Self Storage is very different. First off, it's mostly outdoors, so you're not in scary dark hallways. Second, the people who run it are so friendly and helpful! And almost every time I'm there, someone is cleaning or painting or repairing. They clearly have a lot of pride in ownership and keep a clean, welcoming space. Highly recommended !

I have used this facility on numerous occasions throughout the years. I have always been very happy with the service here. It's always clean and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Finding a place to store your treasured possessions is not such an easy task. I had searched for an affordable place in the city of San Pablo but when I went to check it out personally it had rat p*** and was very dirty. The person working the storage property reassured me that it would be cleaned. The price was good but I didn't feel comfortable knowing my things would be in that filth. So my search continued for another storage place. That was when my search efforts took me to Berkeley Storage. Sure the fees are slightly higher but the facilities are clean, clean, clean. They are open 10am-5pm everyday. The office closes at about 4pm and the last hour Berkeley Storage is open there is an older man reminding people every 5 minutes to pack up and leave. He was a little annoying at first but now I'm used to it and I've even gotten used to him telling me to hurry when I have 15-30 minutes left before closing. Did i mention this spot is clean? Haha, that was a huge factor for me.

Simply the best! Adriana and the rest of the people that work there are extremely nice and super helpful. They even helped me move all my stuff to my hotel and Adriana offered me some pizza which she had for lunch. Even just communicating with them over the email — Adriana and Neza were super quick with responding and very very nice! Definitely recommend this place! ?? The BEST!

After three years of being in this facility they doubled my rent. It used to go up about $10 on the average which I was fine with and then all of a sudden they doubled my rent. I moved out. Another thing to watch out for is they don't Monitor the facility very well even though they have cameras. I had somebody camped out on my floor where my storage unit was and I would constantly complain about it. It took them over a month to get them out of there. I did not feel safe. Also when trying to discuss the huge increase in rent they kept telling me someone we get a hold of me but it took three weeks before I could talk to somebody and they told me there's nothing they could do

Berkeley Self Storage is the best storage facility in Berkeley. The prices are reasonable and the support management is helpful and responsive. The hours are great allowing you to store 6 days a week and the office staff are available off hours by phone. Management is flexible with payment giving a ten day grace period and even offering an online account for every storage customer to pay online. The facility is clean and in a safe neighborhood in Berkeley. It is family run and I was always impressed by the lengths the employees went to provide impeccable service. I loved the service I received and highly recommend Berkeley Self Storage for your storage needs.

This is the best storage place I've ever used! It is incredibly clean and the staff is kind and friendly, Prices are reasonable given the convenient location. Their hours are a little shorter than some places (which honestly makes the whole place feel safer) so make sure that works with your schedule before you rent. This is my 3rd time needing to rent a storage unit (for work) over the past 10 years and I just keep coming back to Berkeley Self Storage because it is so great.

This is a very clean storage. I have had storage here for a year. The management and staff here are friendly and competent. I haven't had a single incident here (other than my ineptitude with my lock which they never had a problem helping with!) and never had any of the horrid incidents that I've heard at other places. Now I'm packing a POD to ship my things to another state. I will miss them. I highly recommend this as a #1 storage business to use. Adrianna is the best!

They are so nice here. I went on two separate occasions just to buy moving boxes, tape, mattress cover, etc. They offered to help bring stuff to my car and were just overall so nice.
