Cesar Chavez Park is a great open space park near the bay with beautiful views, a fresh breeze, and beautiful sunsets. It is an uber dog friendly place with open field off leash dog areas, plus sections designated for on leash. There are plenty of watering holes, free dog waste bags, and an expectation of inclusion for dogs of all sizes. The park offers paved paths and grassy hill paths for an easy walk for all, with park benches and some nice picnic areas. It is the perfect place to fly a kite, watch sailboats, and relax. Parking is easily accessible and free. A downside is the prickly grass everywhere. There are a few public toilets and visitors should be aware of animals such as groundhogs.
Great place to just hang out and relax or through out a fishing line. Or relax at the beach area. Just a relaxing place to be.

If you want to connect with nature and clear your mind, this is a wonderful place to visit. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for walking, jogging, or spending quality time with family. The restrooms are accessible and very clean. Overall, it's an excellent place to relax and enjoy nature.
