Used to be Cooks collision. I didn’ t think they did as good of a job. Plus Caliber did a great job of cleaning car. Great presentations esp for an older car. . I would use this place again.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Even with my insurance lagging, and not being responsive to adjustments on repairs, the team here went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. At this point I have had several experiences with Caliber Collision, on Claremont, and they always make my life so much easier! It's never a good time when I need a body shop, but they definitely shine like a beacon in the night, restoring my confidence and morale with their can-do attitude. When my wife's car had damage from a deer strike on 13, and then later a collision, both times Andrea Bourgeois, the USAA liaison, made sure we got the repairs we need, in the least amount of time, and made sure that the insurance transactions went so smoothly. She helped us with the rental car, and helped us with all aspects of the getting back to normal after the extensive repairs! For bodywork, I will always call Andrea at Caliber first. I think their service is great, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
