I came into this branch today to deal with some recent fraudulent activities. Tommy was very professional, competent and understanding. He handled all my needs with patience and kindness, and I left feeling satisfied and secure.. Randy is also a pleasure to be assisted by. He is always super pleasant, accommodating and kind hearted.

I rarely write reviews both good and bad but I definitely wanted to leave a review after my experience at this branch with Jonathan Kim. He is so attentive and makes sure customers leave with their needs fully met. He worked with us so patiently and was so understanding throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Nowadays it's really hard to find people who genuinely want to help and Jonathan was one of the very few I have encountered. Thank you so much Jonathan! Ask for Johnathan if you ever come into this branch.

Had a terrible experience here. A banker at this branch did not care about clients at all. All the banker cared about was to brag and sell products or services unrelated to your needs. What a waste of time! I would suggest the Chase bank on Telegraph Ave., which offers much better experience.
