This place is unbelievable: great service and professional. I had to get several items photocopied and laminated, and Anna (who's worked there for 20 years) was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She totally understood what I needed done and was terrific. Highly recommend.

Ivy was super helpful, gracious, friendly, and generally went above and beyond. Pricing was very reasonable. Had some beautiful paper. Very pleasant experience. My new favorite print shop.

Nice people, good equipment, willing to help me with All the things I don't understand. Which area lot. At 74, I can use email and my iPhone, but other parts are a mystery. These folks help me print, scan,make PDFs.

Incompetent and unpleasant. After three tries still couldn't get my fairly simple print job done right (despite very clear instructions via email). I gave up (paid) and now I'll have have to go and have my documents printed again somewhere else. Two stars because I think one of the workers was doing her best.

Although a lot of ratings are not five star my experience at this copy Central has been five star. I was assisted by Kelvin and the service was absolutely phenomenal. In fact the service was personalized and I doubt that I could have gotten better service anywhere. Since I am a bit of a problem with the computer the assistance I got from Kelvin was first-rate, fast and successful every time I ask for help. Sometimes you can get very busy at this copy central location but even so Kelvin is there to please the customers with very professional help that's usually right on target. I have also had good experiences at this particular location in the past with other staff people so in general I would highly recommend copy Central on Shattuck avenue.
