Just had a really weird, unpleasant experience at this location. I went in for some snacks and to pick up a photo print, and there were two cashiers (that I could see at least). One was helping someone with a passport photo, and the other was the only one manning the register. She was being SO weird and making everybody uncomfortable and annoyed. There were only two people in line in front of me, but it took me 15 minutes to check out, not because they had a lot of items, but because the cashier woman (longish hair, brown skin, red lipstick, sitting weird at the register) would call customers up and make these really awkward personal jokes that the customers didn’t understand at first because they didn’t make any sense and when we understood what she meant, it was hard to know how to react. She tried to “joke” with the guy in front of me who was obviously trying to get out quick about a “fire”. He asked if it was nearby and she said “Oh I thought there was a fire because you tried to leave so fast” all because he stepped out of line to grab a magazine. Then when I went up she was like “Did you do something to your teeth??” And I thought I had food stuck between my teeth or something, so I was like, “I’m sorry?” And she was like “Your teeth, you do that everyday?” And I had no idea what she was talking about and just looked at her and she was like, “How you get them so white?” And I just said “Toothpaste…” and she asked again “Oh you do that everyday?” I just said that yes, I use that toothpaste every day. Then she got on the radio to the other cashier who was maybe six feet away and asked something I didn’t understand, but it came through clearly through the other girl’s walkie talkie since she was so close. They just looked at each other and laughed. I just finished my transaction and got the heck out. It was such a strange, frustrating experience. Listen y’all: stay away from this CVS, it’s very badly run and managed.

The Telegraph & Long Lake CVS pharmacy is one place I'll never visit again. I've had a couple of issues in the past but wrote them off.
Today, after dropping a prescription off yesterday I stopped to pick it up. The pharmacy staff (already in a bad mood), couldn't find my prescription, and asked me three times if I was sure I'd been there yesterday.
Thankfully this prescription was not critical. I'll buy it online.
My advise? STAY AWAY from this CVS pharmacy. Horrible.

They fill prescriptions just fine never had a problem before, but online says pharmacy closes at 8 but apparently according to employees it closes at 7. Update your online hours so no one else makes the mistake of driving here at 7:30. If you update hours online I will change my rating to 5 stars

I received a text message that the COVID19 vaccine was available and I set up an appointment. When I arrived I was told that the vaccine was unavailable; "We tried to call everyone who made an appointment."
I took time off of work to make this appointment.

I've been filling prescriptions here for over year. One of the pharmacists, who gave me a COVID shot, is very kind; however, the rest of my experiences have been mediocre. After recently trying to have a prescription transferred to this location in order to get it more quickly than the other mail service I use, I ended up going in circles and spending a ridiculous amount of time on hold. The woman (not a pharmacist) who answered the phone on one occasion was so unhelpful and honestly incompetent. If you need a prescription quickly, don't waste your time here. The Walmart mail order pharmacy is far more competent and helpful and you won't have to make multiple phone calls, spending an hour plus on hold.
