The main pharmacist, a middle aged Asian male, went above and beyond his duty to get me the vaccination I requested. I had mistakenly signed up to get it at the University Ave location. He helped me get it here. Can’t thank him enough.

The staff here are so mean and not respectful at all. I needed a flu shot. Flu shot is normally walk-in and takes less than 5 minutes. I asked for same day appointment, and they were scheduling it for another day. The pharmacist said “I don’t do walk-ins”. I got my flu shot in safeway pharmacy right away by walk-in.

I have been using CVS pharmacy for ~20+ years in California and ~10 years at this location 2187 Shattuck Avenue and not once have i had a bad experience with the pharmacist until now... The male pharmacist was beyond rude and does not know how to act professionally. I was wondering who the CVS pharmacy manager at this Target location is because i want to make a complaint; i was embarrassed. These pharmacists should understand when we have questions or concerns about medications we never taken before; they should not be rude, impatient, or unhelpful. Stressful enough when we are dealing with an health issue that scares us; a little kindness goes a long way.

Their sooooo mean… They overwhelmingly unprofessional, keep messing up with my prescriptions and insurance info EVERY MONTH!
BTW, they always run out of stock for certain timely prescriptions! Almost every month, I receive my prescription by a window of 3-7 days delay! I have changed my pharmacy…

Had to stand in line next to a woman who urinated all over herself screaming stuff. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes only to be told they screwed up my order. I was told if I waited ten minutes they would fix it and call my name out. Then after waiting 30 minutes my medication was ready. Then I had to wait because the pharmacist wanted to talk to me about a medication I’ve been taking for 30 years. Meanwhile the stench of urine and poop in 95 degree weather is really bad. A great time was had by all!

Only open when most of us working class folks are also working, making it useless to get and pick up prescriptions.

I hesitate to share how great these guys are as they may get overwhelmed by customers fleeing other pharmacies. But in fairness, these folks answer the phone and work with you to resolve problems like getting approval and arranging for delivery. I'm so grateful.

Tried this cvs today and liked it much more than the one on the other side of the college. It is bigger, cleaner, and the staff is nice. Picked up a prescription and although the waiting was a little long, they apologized about it and were as respectful of our time as possible.
