Hello so I made an order yesterday thinking it would be less hectic than actual mother’s day. I had no issues with the arrangement itself but the delivery took forever and they had me waiting all day when system said on route since 8 am. They should be more responsible with delivery and better organized. I suggest doing pick up that will be me next time.

I want to thank the staff who was in charge of creating the order for my best friend and her new baby.
After seeing the low ratings, I was worried she would receive a bad arrangement but was happy and see to hear that everything was just as described. The fruit looks fresh and the arrangement had more fruit than I expected. I did mention to my friend to take photos, disassemble and place in the fridge if she was not going to eat it right away to ensure freshness. The balloon was fully inflated and the basket was nicely wrapped.
They are first time parents and trying to survive the new changes so I wanted to send them a gift to celebrate making it through their first month but also to recognize my niece being a month old. She can’t enjoy the arrangement but hopefully the balloon peaks her interest.

My husband Came in Saturday March 22nd at about 2:30. He ordered 3 cheesecakes and 6 strawberries. On Sunday we ate the items and after eating a few strawberries my chest begin to tighten and my breathing begin to become shallow. It was MOLD on the strawberries. I noticed that even when I took the initial photo after receiving them you could see mold and I didn't notice until later.
I called the public health department and edible arrangements store in Berkeley. They didn't apologize or anything told me without a receipt it's nothing they can do and that I needed to speak to the manager. Not once did she ask if I were okay or any acknowledgment. Stay away from this place!!!

Horrible service, they can’t give you an update on when your order will be delivered even though they state on line that the order will be delivered within 1hr of receiving confirmation email. I waited 4hours and was told that they don’t know the whereabouts of their delivery driver so they can’t tell me how longer delivery will take

Horrible customer service, Ivan the manager said there was nothing he could do about not fulfilling my order. He mocked my wife for wanting to speak to customer service. He provided a customer service number that actually went back to him and the acted like a different person until my wife called him by his name. Overall I hope corporate reads this I’m really shocked that someone in customer service was so unprofessional.

Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Issues
Review:
My experience with Eddible Arrangements was incredibly frustrating. They failed to deliver my order despite multiple assurances. The delivery tracker provided false information, and contacting their customer service yielded no helpful solutions. Overall, their customer service and delivery performance were highly disappointing. Think twice before choosing Eddible Arrangements

I just ordered a beautiful fruit arrangement for my sister’s birthday. When the delivery driver attempted to deliver the arrangement to my sister’s home, she’d already left her home without me knowing. The delivery driver named Yas contacted me to tell me she couldn’t reach anyone at my sister’s home. I live in a different city and unfortunately couldn’t reach my sister either by phone. I asked Yas if she would be able to make the delivery to another address and I would pay her extra. Yas told me she’d be glad to help me out and no additional money or gratuity would be necessary…just a simple, THANK YOU! I was shocked because gas prices are well over $6 a gallon in the Bay Area! Thank you Yas for going the extra mile (figuratively and literally)…you made my day, but more importantly, you made my sister’s day because she received her beautiful fruit arrangement! Thanks again!

Edible Arrangements uses single use plastic sticks and styrofoam. It would be easy to find biodegradable components but they would rather make a buck and create more waste.

They deserve zero stars first off they deliver my wife's Valentines order in a taxi like are you serious, then I ordered three balloons only got one, then the chocolate strawberry wasn't preserve right, never again don't waste your money what they show online is a complete lie then what you get.
