I just ordered a beautiful fruit arrangement for my sister’s birthday. When the delivery driver attempted to deliver the arrangement to my sister’s home, she’d already left her home without me knowing. The delivery driver named Yas contacted me to tell me she couldn’t reach anyone at my sister’s home. I live in a different city and unfortunately couldn’t reach my sister either by phone. I asked Yas if she would be able to make the delivery to another address and I would pay her extra. Yas told me she’d be glad to help me out and no additional money or gratuity would be necessary…just a simple, THANK YOU! I was shocked because gas prices are well over $6 a gallon in the Bay Area! Thank you Yas for going the extra mile (figuratively and literally)…you made my day, but more importantly, you made my sister’s day because she received her beautiful fruit arrangement! Thanks again!

Edible Arrangements uses single use plastic sticks and styrofoam. It would be easy to find biodegradable components but they would rather make a buck and create more waste.

They deserve zero stars first off they deliver my wife's Valentines order in a taxi like are you serious, then I ordered three balloons only got one, then the chocolate strawberry wasn't preserve right, never again don't waste your money what they show online is a complete lie then what you get.

I yelp reviewed after i placed my same day order and was worried everything would go wrong. I guess it's a hit or miss with this store or maybe new staff and management. Who knows. This was a very important gesture. This is how I asked my ex to be my valentines. Just want to say thank you for getting it right for me. Went exactly as I planned and looked as amazing as I planned.

Ordered a fruit arrangement from the Berkeley store. Picked it up and gave it to my sister as a Christmas gift about an hour later. The fruit was spoiled within 24 hours. The store wouldn't do anything about it. We just wanted a new fruit arrangement. We did not want a refund! Spoke with their corporate representative before New Year's. Rep said she would research the situation and get back to us. We are still waiting! We have purchased fruit from Edible Arrangements several times prior to this and we were very happy. Not this time! Please avoid the Berkeley store in fact avoid Edible Arrangements period.

Horrible service. Never delivered. Won't respond. I've used other Edible Arrangements before and everything was completed as planned. They need to close this store. It's almost like it's a "front" store for other "things" like you see on TV. Read the reviews and go with your initial reaction. Wish I had. Would have saved myself almost $160.

I had to do a same day delivery to my sister and they were so efficient with the online ordering. They delivered the gift a few hours later. My sister loved it! So glad they could help me out last minute.

I avoid my best at leaving bad reviews just giving most businesses the benefit of the doubt. NOT THIS PLACE. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE IF POSSIBLE. Poor customer service, non-chalant excuses. Eagerly waited for a condolence gift to be send to my fiancé and his family for the death of my mother in law and was told only when I called to check on my order that it can't make it out tonight and the driver left. Never been this furious or disappointed with a business.

Absolutely FURIOUS!!!!!! This location SUCKS as does its pathetic staff! My order of over $50 was supposed to be delivered on May 16 and I get email confirmation that they delivered my order today after I called Saturday to tell them it didn't need to go out today, keep it the 16th! This order was for Teacher Appreciation Week which our school hosts May 16-20 and when calling the store to file a complaint, I'm given an attitude by Diana that both supervisors and management has gone for the day and I could either call back tomorrow or she can take my # and have them call me when they returned the following day. Amazes me that anytime an issue occurs, nobody of authority is available! I ended up escalating this to the corporate office . I see why this store has such a poor rating. Nobody knows what they're doing! Don't due business here! Save yourself the hassle!

I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS!! I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries and a bouquet of flowers for valentines day back In JANUARY! Wouldn't you think my order would be one of the firsts to go out? No. Here it is 6pm and still nothing. It was supposed to be a surprise but I had to come out and tell my girlfriend that I ordered them because we also have dinner plans. So now it will be delivered while we're gone. This is the second time in back to back years it's been delivered extremely late. I will NEVER and I repeat, NEVER order from Edible again. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid ordering anything from this place.
