Javier, was nice, efficient, and answered all of our questions. He showed us the unit and made sure we got what we were looking for. Even gave us a nice ride over and back from the storage unit. Great customer service.

Absolutely terrible all around. Regular rodent infestations, poorly designed units, regular, never ending price increases without warning, regularly breaking freight elevator. Incompetent staff, aggressive person who appears to be living on site (I assume for security?). To add insult to injury, if you happen to drop their standard lock (they force you to have their standard one) into a giant hole in the floor of the unit that's part of the design, they will sell you one for $20.

The storage unit was really dusty and had spiders. It is price as well. Also my unit got broken into, someone stole at least half of what I had.
