Great service from Dan! But had to wait 30 min because the computer was so slow. They could really use a new computer. It was ridiculous waiting for the screen to load a label ?

FedEx is absolutely frustrating with their delivery service. Today was the second time the delivery person had come one hour before their estimated delivery time only to leave a note on the door without any knocking on the door, a text or email to let me know they are arriving or they are at the door. And they take the item back and delay the delivery. The first tome it happened, the item was gone forever.
