This place is underrated. I use this FedEx/Kinkos all the time for work printing and shipping. They’re always very responsive, friendly, and produce high quality print work.

HUGE shout out to Juan and the young lady who worked a couple days ago to help me with a last minute project and Juan for being a complete GEM and assisting me with a non fedex related issue with someone following me in the store and being creepy. Juan and the girl stepped in to make sure I was safe. Got my project done and closed in a timely manner! You guys were great

Had an exceedingly helpful, professional, and friendly experience with shipping my boxes and office chair while moving away. Kennith was extremely helpful, and optimizing the packing of my chair to reduce cost and dimensions! There was also a toolbox so that we could further disassemble and cram. Shipping my other boxes was also quick and easy. Staff went above and beyond to make our shipping experience pleasant.

I had the most amazing experience working with Jorge at this location. I had to do a big cross country move from Berkeley to Chicago and Jorge made this so easy for me. It was a pretty big shipment and I had to do the move mostly on my own because my cousin is pregnant and could only help me transport a box at a time to the location from my unit. Jorge was patient, he helped me to ship my boxes in the most economically efficient way possible, he was friendly, he was the exact person you want to work with when you’re doing a big move like this. He was also the one who helped me when I came to pick up the boxes for my move and he was professional, kind, courteous and helpful for both visits. So thankful to have had that kind of support, especially considering it took a while to properly package my items for shipping ensuring that my packages were secure for the move. Jorge gave me a sound estimate when I came to buy the boxes for my move so I actually paid less than I originally anticipated which is always a blessing. This all took place only a few hours before I had to board my flight to officially leave CA that day & I was calm the entire time because of his professionalism.

I went here to get my passport photo taken. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and we had a nice talk about places to travel to. 5/5, would get my next passport photo taken here again!

Stopped in to the store to laminate some cards which would have taken a few minutes. They say that they are open to 7 pm and I was standing at the counter at 7 pm and the guy would not provide me with any service. I told them that they advertise being open till 7 pm and so they should be open and I am in the store so why does he not give me service? I had not done anything bad to him... He said sorry bud and I responded that I would relay the experience to other people and he said he did not care because it is not his company. I left with a few unkind words, I guess I could have avoided that but if you can use your imagination, you should be able to relate.
Why do folks behave this way? My best guess is that they work for a big company and they don't care that much about what they do or their customers. I am a small business owner at the moment, I have a lot of responsibility and limited resources. These folks have a lot of resources and they don't want any extra work so they take the low road at other people's detriment when they feel like it...
Lesson learned: I'll try and avoid Kinkos as much as possible and rely on the smaller shops.

Great experience dropping off our duffel bags for pickup- helpful staff and super easy process. The delivery is scheduled to arrive a day early as well.

Eric was so helpful today!! I needed 250 postcards printed and the digital files were in the wrong format (my fault!) Instead of printing them off and having the images look un-ideal, Eric was nice enough to call me and help me figure out how to fix it over the phone. He still was able to get my order completed the same day, which was really important to me, and he even called me to let me know they were ready. Eric really went above and beyond! Glad I picked this store- I will definitely be back. Thank you Eric and FedEx Berkeley!

I had a fantastic experience at FedEx Berkeley, thanks to Alena! She helped me print and cut matts for a special watercolor painting for a colleague, making the process smooth and stress-free.
