Fix replaced the front bumper of my car after it was hit while parked. The car looks great and they even washed it so returned the car clean. The work was great and everyone was very friendly! The communication as to the timing of the repairs was a bit odd and inconsistent, but otherwise all good.

Highly recommend Fix Auto! We dropped off our car immediately after the accident and Eugene was kind, calm, and knowledgable. The turn around time was around 3 weeks for a fender bender repair, but largely in part due to our insurance company being delayed, but Fix Auto was communicative throughout.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fix Auto Berkeley after my Nissan Maxima was stolen and returned with body damage. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with their service and dedication to restoring my car to its former beauty.

This is my second experience getting my car repaired here. Both times were a pleasant surprise. They communicate clearly and frequently keep me updated, and Justine and Yinmie are quick, cheerful and make me feel like they care about my time and convenience. The job they did on my car was excellent, and things were pretty painless. Having your car in the shop can be disruptive, and they get that. When I picked up my car they had even vacuumed it!

Fix Auto Berkeley is a small but phenomenal bodyshop that I would recommend anyone living in Alameda county to consider for taking their repairs to, whether out of pocket or through insurance.
They pretty much work with all the major insurance companies and are certified to do work on Teslas and other vehicles that many other smaller bodyshops might not accept. But unlike some other major bodyshops that try and charge an insane amount to replace entire bumpers for the smallest of scratches and taking advantage of your insurance policy, Fix Auto Berkeley remains transparent in their whole process, and are not ones to try and sell you a part replacement on minor cosmetic damages that you don't need and can be easily buffed out.
I also wanted to first start off by shouting out Justine and Jimmy — who were the ones who took care of me through the entire process. The rest of the bodyshop employees were also very courteous and respectful, and as a whole, I was in for an extremely friendly, stress-free, and transparent repairs process. Not only was I taken care of while, but the repairs were efficient and done very well (within a week).
If you're looking for a no bs, honest, and reliable bodyshop, this is my definitive go to. I would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to return in the future!

I first went to Eugene to get an estimate to fix the Right Rear of my CRVHonda. He was very helpful & knowledgeable, took pictures & was able to schedule an appointment for me. Today Yinmi worked on my car and got a great job done in two hours. He then explained what he had done when I came back to retrieve my vehicle. Justine, at the front desk, accompanied me to my car to check herself how it looked now. She was also friendly and helpful like all the staff even the person who drove the car back from where it was parked. Thank you Fix Auto Berkeley!

Fix Auto went above and beyond with their service. I was in the unfortunate position of having to do two body jobs within a month of each other. The first place I went to did a fine job on the car but were not very communicative and got annoyed with me when I checked in on the car.
When I dropped off my car at Fix Auto, they asked if I could get a rental car through insurance. When I told them I couldn’t, they offered to pay for a rental. In addition to fully paying for the rental, they also delivered the car when it was done, picked up the rental, and replaced our battery without charging for the labor.
Throughout the process, they were communicative, friendly, and professional. Highly, highly recommend!!
