I love this shop. It's so unique and well laid out - with amazing, high quality, special/beautiful items, such as clothing - all displayed beautifully, and appealingly. I've bought indigo jeans there, T-shirts with cool designs, as well as fragrances. These purchases will last.I have always gotten so much thoughtful, positive guidance from staffperson Frances. She knows the products, and has helped me each time to find the right thing for me. Her own fashion sense/style is inspiring as well!I'm also very glad the shop is open post-Covid, while so many businesses had to close. Thank you Foxglove!

Foxglove is a lovely boutique with unique, high quality finds at reasonable prices. The Zen-like ambience has everything to do with the humanistic, artistic folk who run this shop of treasures. Special shout out to Fran, warrior woman, educator, writer, decorator, storyteller...whose kindness elevates a mere shopping experience to something more therapeutic!

Popped into this lovely boutique and what a delight! A well- curated selection of apparel, accessories and home goods. Everything was displayed beautifully. I bought a wooden mushroom display and have it on my mantelpiece. Very pretty.Every neighborhood needs a boutique like this and Solano Ave. is lucky to have this gem. I'll be back!

A nicely curated shop I've returned to on a few occasions for birthday and holiday gifts. Fanny, who was working there last weekend, was helpful and lovely to chat with.

Absolutely love this place! Their clothes are made of good material, they feel different from other clothes somehow. Dresses are not exactly my type but shirts, t-shirts, men t-shirts, clothing are the best!

I adore the selection at Foxglove. The items I've bought there range from $50-$82 (they were on sale) and from what I've seen, some items - especially regular price - go up to ~$100-$150. Expensive on a student budget, BUT their pieces are absolutely beautiful. Though I rarely shop for clothes, I treasure my blue wrap dress from Global Mamas and embroidered blouse from Foxglove. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love walking around on a beautiful spring day in Berkeley wearing these pieces. If you have the pocket change, treat yourself! I usually characterize the clothing look I love as "museum lady" and Foxglove fits that bill. The patterns are always interesting (animals, florals, geometrics, the list goes on), the fabric beautiful, and the cut flattering. They also have a TON (if not all?) of fair-trade and ethics-oriented brands. If I knew size and design preference, this is DEFINITELY a place I would buy a gift for a friend. There's also a lot of jewelry in the store, and some socks and knickknacks. I prefer being left on my own when I shop, so the lack of greeting when I walked into the store didn't bother me very much; aside from that, the staff was pretty friendly and I had a good purchasing experience.

Floxglove never fails me.Whenever I need something gorgeous and unique for the holidays , a wedding or a freSh birthday dress, I go there! They always have something I love and the prices are reasonable for the quality. But what really makes me want to write this review is the ethos of the shop. They aLways carry local made, woman owned or fair trade everything and even the fabrics are often ecologically minded. Check Them OUT!

This business at a place like Berkeley, never acknowledges when a brown customer is there, its quite daring to do that in a place like Berkeley. Shameful.

I have shopped her and her previous sister store in SF for 7 years. I love the carefully curated merchandise and I always find something to fit my wallet. I get compliments on the unique items I find there for a great variety of price points. Great earrings, purses, dresses and so much of it locally owned and made! Foxglove is my happy place!

I am giving this place a 3 bc the things they have to sell. Clothes, bags and other Knick knacks are super cute. The sales clerk Jennifer is not so nice. Asked if the sizes came with a number range. She promptly said the maker does not do that. And then when I asked would this fit me, she promptly responded "I don't know!" Then I said well is there a range they suggest the size large for say 10-14? She said again in her condescending and a bit over the top I don't know! Then I simply stated you don't know? To which she snapped at me and said Are you mad at something? I said me? I informed her no I am not mad it's just most people have a range they think there sizes would fit. Then she ran behind the desk and made herself busy. No help beyond that, and definitely no goodbye. I understand people have bad days but please be nice to those who come into the store while it's empty, and have some manners. That is all. I will give it another try I'm sure because I believe in second chance. So will update then :)

Great store in the neighborhood for gifts, as I come here often, but the service is always awkward. I had a gift wrapped and they left the tags on.

Everything's $10 overpriced and they didn't even let me use the bathroom.
