Wow is all I can say. My insurance found this place and it was even better its a 5 minute walk from my job. I made an appointment and Eric was my Go to guy. He thoroughly explained the process, asked if he could send updates via text in which I agreed. When they removed the bumper and saw additional damage, he called me to let me know another part would be in. Pryscilla who is one of the front office staff is amazing as well. Friendly, welcoming and I truly felt they value my business.
Def go check them out for all your body shop needs.

I had a terrible experience with this G&C auto body shop. I had to return more than three times because their metalwork was subpar, and they failed to properly replace parts too. All I wanted was for my car to look the same as before, with no visible defects, but their lack of skill made that impossible.
Worse yet, instead of addressing my concerns, they blamed me for making reasonable requests. On my last visit, the technicians came outside, stared at me, and scoffed—making me feel genuinely intimidated, as if they were ready to get aggressive. In the end, they flat-out told me, 'If you have normal standards, don’t come here.'
So, I’m passing that message along—if you expect quality work and professional service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole, who was courteous, friendly, and understanding throughout the process. We truly appreciated the regular updates while our car was in the shop, which kept us informed and reassured about its status.
A few days after picking up the vehicle, upon closer inspection in better lighting, we noticed some minor concerns. Nicole was quick to address them and assured us that they could be taken care of at a time that was convenient for us to drop the vehicle off to be worked on. We trust that she and the team will complete whatever work that is necessary to our satisfaction.
Given our experience with both Nicole and the shop, we are confident in writing this review and appreciate the excellent service provided.
