“36 years of service with Dave Schiller and his son. Both are missed in perpetuity as Dave has retired and the replacement Mihrzad has not lived up to expectations. I repeatedly had to inquire about being double billed for Insurance on one property as they kept insisting we were not. They finally admitted they were taking payments from us and the impound account that the mortgage company insist that they(state farm) requested it to be setup. The mortgage company was mailing state farm our money from the impound account. They(State Farm) never got back to us about the "funny" accounting and instead of refunding the money as requested they credited/prepaid our insurance for the following year! My wife is also having medical issues which I shared with the office lady. She immediately tried to sell me life insurance instead of addressing why I called. The insurance would have been no good due to preexisting conditions- they just tried to bill us for $100/month for a useless policy! Shady goings on at this new office...”
