Unfortunately the event we were attending was cancelled last minute. The Hotel was extremely accommodating and helped to cancel the room. Thank you for making this process easy, and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Berkeley!

The room smelled like smoke, there was no smoke detector in the room, and the parking spots are really small.

I stayed two nights, it was the only place I found with 3 beds in the same room, it was very clean, they have good A/C, free parking, the beds a little hard, and only two pillows per bed, the bathroom needs more shelves to place the shampoo etc., the breakfast is very light but acceptable, by the way it is the only place where they have changed the towels every day, I like that the room did not have a carpet that is cleaner for me, They have a very good signal of the internet.

Clean room, good location, 10 min walk to BART, and free parking. Walls are a little thin but at this price point you can't beat it. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

The place is very dirty and you don't feel safe because of the number of people who are on the premises smoking marijuana.I don't recommend it, the police went to the police twice for riots.It is not recommended to go with children

Called an hour after I left the room to tell them I left something behind and if I could have them hold it. They told me they’d call me back in 30 min. never called. Called 2 hours later. They said they call me back. No call. Called them again. They said they’re looking into it they’d call me tomw morning. Called them again the next night they said well look into it.Pretty much they kept my stuff and just kept saying oh. The cleaning crew will call you back. Oh. The manager will call you back. Oh no one’s at the front desk available to look through the lost and found. No one called me back. And I know I left it there.They just kept the stuff.
