Very friendly and accurate information fast process the 3 stars was based on this but the other 2 was due to parking was difficult to find only issue i had but oyher than that it was great

I’ve been working with Jackson Hewitt over 10 years. They have always been extremely helpful and professional with managing my taxes. They made my filings easy and took all the stress out of the process. They gotten me a refund a majority of the time and the times I had to pay, what I owed the government was lower than expected.

I will never switch tax company’s! This is my Favorite office! The Tax preparers are so professional and skilled. Every year I come to this office I leave content with my decision to file there. Robin is not only a problem solver but she is also very patient. She answered every question I had for her, even if i asked a million questions, she took her time to help me completely understand! I would recommend this Jackson Hewitt office to anyone who not only wants the Max refund but a piece of mind.
