Jamba Juice should be on the corner of Bancroft @ Telegraph. (The current business on that corner seems to have low foot traffic). My smoothie melted too soon. Next time I'll get the watermelon smoothie because it's 50% off at this location.Jamba Juice was really busy on a Saturday with four employees. Not really liking the wax cups because the giant styrofoam ones did such a better job insulating, however, the environment is a more important factor to consider. Maybe some corn based biodegradable plastic cups would make it more enjoyable to drink.

always go before work and order in store to get my points and discounts ? employees always very friendly and take orders quickly. not too busy early in the mornings but does get busy around noon. drinks are made quickly, under 10 minutes

Im a huge fan of smoothies and the mango go go from jamba juice is on my list of favorites. This location is right across the street from the UC Berkeley campus making it a convenient go to in between classes or on your way home. When I went in there appeared to be only one person working but she was very nice and helpful and made my order quickly. My only complaint is the prices. Smoothies should not be $9+ dollars. Especially at Jamba Juice.

Much love to the Jamba team, over at Berkeley! Corlena, and crew are helpful, attentive and most importantly, friendly! I Love the new Waffle Parfait with Frozen Yogurt!! Especially with the additional honey on top!! Definitely one of my new favorite snacks, from Jamba! Great job guys with this new, banger!! ^_^

Don't bother ordering food because they will take 20+ minutes. And then when you remind them they will grab it in 2 seconds and you'll be wondering why they couldn't have done that when you placed your order

Nothing much to say other than that they really deliver on hot days. It definitely helps to order ahead on the app at this location as there are always students in line out the door. Service and food are standard. The only reason I give it 3 stars is that it has become so expensive in the last year or so. I usually almost end up paying close to $10 for just a medium smoothie which is just ridiculous. Other than price, nothing to complain about.

Was the customer service fantastic? No, but at least they were nice when taking my order. As others stated, they aren't super talkative but you have to remember a lot of them are students who are being flooded with orders not only in-person, but also via Snackpass. Cut them some slack .... Ordered the Banana-berry smoothie and because of their daily specials, got the large size for $1 off. Compared to other drinks on the menu, I would whole-heartedly say Banana-berry is my favorite in terms of flavor and types of fruits they include. Was a little more expensive than I remembered it being back home but still a great thirst-quencher and solid drink. Will be back for more :D

It does a good job quenching your thirst on a warm Berkeley afternoon. The staff members were working a bit too slow. We were not greeted at all. I had ordered my drink on the app and I stood in the pick up side for a good old minute. Until the staff member looked at me like she didn't had time for me judging by their enthusiasm. It's interesting how I order my drink way in advance but when I go pick it up it's barely ready and I still have to wait more; more than I already waited for the service and greeting. Luckily. My appetite was in the mood for amazing greens. And it's very good, fresh, and cold. I do have to say the cups are getting worse every time I visit and I'm surprised they don't have compostable/degradable items for the rubbish. I feel this establishment can do better in many ways. But it is what it is.

ive come here multiple times and service always take 10-15 minutes for a regular smoothie. today i got a pb banana protein smoothie and it was so salty and disgusting i had to spit it out. disgusting.

Service is extremelyy slow and inefficient. I got the acai primo bowl, and they ran out of bowls so they packaged it in a cup. That didn't bother me too much, and the acai itself was actually quite good. I think service can definitely be improved upon, though.
