Just terrible service. One person changing my lightbulb removed my fuse box, not knowing what he was doing, and my entire car lost power and he was confused why until someone came and helped him. Had me try to restart my car 3-4 times and then realized he didn’t plug it back in…. How is he working on cars? Idk….. One guy quoted me a price for the bulb and it ended up being $15 more than what he quoted me at. Only one that was apologetic… When some other guy came to tell me the final price, he continued to cut me off by saying “ma’am ma’am” when I was explaining to him I wasn’t paying for what was misquoted to me BEFORE service even started. Was there for over an hour for a light bulb change and an oil change. Had a coupon of $27 off of my oil change and they gave me an “additional” $3 off because of the $15 misquoted price I was told. Instead of matching the price quote that I was quoted. Absolutely no urgency and I can only guess I was treated this way because I’m a woman and they assumed I was going to “accept” and “be nice” to whatever price they came back with. I will never in MY LIFE return to this location.

Did they check stuff off that they didn't actually do/check? I'm not sure. They didn't vacuum the floors, but checked it off their "done list." It made me wonder about everything else they said they did and the quality of the work.
Also, check around for coupons and wait to see if coupons go up for certain weeks. Apparently there's a $25 off coupon this week, but last week I only saw a $13 coupon.

I we t un for a ' Routine Oil Change ' + Transnission Fluid Flush & Fill. Both Filters + Air Filter were changed. I requested ' New Spark Plugs '. They said Plug #2 was hard to ' Unscrew ' on a 2006 Accird EX. Fair Enough - said ' try a Mechanic Shop as we don't have the tool for that , and are afraid it,'ll ' break inside the Cylinder Head. Went to another shop nearby, and issue was ' Resolved '. I do appreciate their honesty in the matter. 120k Service performed @ 123k. An a ' Regular ', so they can peruse my history on their Computer !!! Reliable Shop that " Runs Specials Regilarly " !!! Worth a Visit !!! I believe the Entrance is on 8th. St. via the Gas Station lot nearby ......

I visited Jiffy Lube a couple of times during last year, and I never regretted that. Fast, fair price for the type of service, polite and professional employees, and the quality of work is what makes me visit them back in the future.

Service was efficient and polite. The young man who filled my tires also did a very nice job vacuuming the front seats and cleaning the windows. That was a nice extra touch that I didn’t expect.
