I have used this service for several years, with 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately last week I brought in a brand new set of (light blue) sheets for a first cleaning . When I got them home & put them on the bed, I noticed several clear oil stains (not dark grease, but showing up as water blotches, but they were dry). I'm slightly horrified by this. Have my white sheets also come back with (undetectable) stains? The counter person @ John's is not an English speaker so I'm not sure how to present this issue to the business. For now, I'll be going elsewhere to get the sheets washed & will pay closer attention to quality of service.

If I could give John and family ten stars, I would. I own a small food business that is very messy and shreds through my clothes. Most days I work 15-16 hours and cannot squeeze in time to make it to a laundromat when they are open. I started taking my clothes to John as he's in the neighborhood and I am beyond impressed. My grease stained shirts come back looking new and perfectly folded. I've never had such clean clothes in my life. They are not only super accommodating but also very sweet. Please support them and shave some time off your day by dropping off your clothes here.

Came to pick up my suit directly after work, got to the place at 5:15pm and no one was there even though their sign says they close at 5:30pm. My flights tomorrow morning and I will have to buy another suit for my event. Unbelievable.
