Went yesterday at 2:15. Self registered.
No one at reg windows. Another person had been told she was next but three others went ahead. Eventually staff person Came out-advised me the wait was more than one hour. Not OK

Wait time throughout the day are ridiculous. Their performance reflects poorly on Stanford John Muir clinics.

Awesome experience at LabCorp 3100 San Pablo ave. Made an appointment for 1:30p. I was treated with kind words of welcome and directed to the kiosk to check in. Barely had time to sit down before called in. Samuel was my phlebotomists and he was friendly interactive and smooth as butter with the blood draw. Then out before 2pm.

What’s the point of offering appointments if they are always running 45+ minutes late and talking walk-ins in parallel

Brittany was a great Phlebotomist. Had a large blood draw, she made it painless and quick. Personable and friendly.

thank you Labcorp! i have to get my blood drawn frequently and this is the only place i will go from now on. the check in process is smooth and quick, the receptionists are friendly and professional, and the phlebotomists are talented, kind, patient and efficient! i have had horrific experiences with blood draws at Quest and i will never go back!
it’s an incredibly convenient location, with free and/or validated parking in a great rooftop lot. the facilities are clean and quiet, and it’s connected to my doctor’s office! i have to fast, so the mcdonald’s across the street is clutch after the draw. come here for blood draws!
Briana was my phlebotomist the first time and she’s awesome. the second time was a shorter black woman with goddess braids and she was the gentlest, fastest and most accurate phlebotomist i’ve ever had!

Had the best lab experience I’ve ever had here! Samuel and Brianna were the two staff I interacted with and made the whole process efficient, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable! As someone who doesn’t like getting bloodwork done, I was very grateful for the experience. I will absolutely be back.

3 weeks ago I went to get my blood tests done. One was urgent. After not getting results for 3 weeks my doctors office caled. Turns out they had lost all records of my visit. My doctors office did send the lab order electronically, when I arrived the next day no orders. . The orders where then faxed. Only that the incompetent person working at the desk was incapable and needed extremely long time to understand the orders. This all did take 2 hours and I had to cancel since I had told them I had to leave for work. Arrived 8 am left at 10 am waisted time. Do you trust a laboratory with your data and health that is so incompetent?

Computer issues, other labs down or sometimes just too much demand mean you end up waiting. How long? I usually give up after an hour.

Twenty minutes to manually enter my work orders into their laptop, clearly staff isn’t trained properly.

This location is way nicer than other branches yet the same problems occur. No matter what your doctor tells you, that they already faxed it over, LabCorp never ever has your order in the system so always make sure to bring a printout. And for walk-ins they always say the same generic 20-30 minute wait while I've been here one hour and still no indication they'll see me any time soon.

Horrible service. I will avoid Labcorp at all cost moving forward!

Walked in at 11am, was told a 30-40min wait. 1h40m later I was told “10-15mins more”. Will never come back here.

Don’t do walk-ins even though their website says you don’t need an appointment. I waited 2.5 hours to get a blood draw. The kiosk check in doesn’t tell wait time when you check in. The tv screen showing names keeps changing the order of names so there is no way you can tell where you are in the line. The staffs don’t help either. Indeed when I asked a staff where I am, they said i am the 2nd in line but many people went in before me afterwards. When I asked a staff again, they checked the paper holder and told me I am the next. They apparently just put the patients with appointment in front of you forever.
