Purchased a 7 pack of new underwear for over $150 and every pair ripped in the same spot within a month. While my older Lulu lemon underwear has no issues, so it’s not due to over stretching. They refused to take any responsibility return a product that was expensive and subpar quality. Unfortunately, my last purchase from Lulu due to awful service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! On 1/13/2025 I went into the store, found the leggings I loved, the perfect size, the lovely saleslady processed the online transaction, I walked away thrilled and received the product around 10 days later. I didn't think twice about cutting the tag off and slipping into my new leggings.
ON FIRST WEAR MY DAY BECAME ABOUT PULLING UP THE LEGGINGS THAT LITERALLY SLIPPED DOWN MY ENTIRE FRAME ... WAIST, CROTCH AND ALL.
Upon going back to the store to return the leggings the sales lady told me that she could not provide a refund because the tag had been cut off.
ZERO INTEREST IN WHAT HAD ME WANT TO RETURN THE LEGGINGS AND/OR DID I WANT TO GO WITH A SMALLER SIZE.
$141.44 GONE. LIKE THAT.
In some circles this type of behavior is considered criminal.

Absurd return policy - sizing is not consistent at all - always been a size 8 in aligns - tried a new style and ordered online and was only able to get store credit - they didn’t fit at all- complete BS - staff doesn’t care at all - didn’t make me feel good at all about it- why have sizing that’s different within your own products ? Couldn’t offer me a size that fit since it’s sold out too. Totally BS! Why can’t you just refund people money? Horrible way to get customer attrition

Worst lululemon store I have ever been, unfriendly staff and not flexible with return at all. All they want is sale and exchange. They don’t give store credits for final sale that is beyond 30 days, I don’t think Lulu’s final sale return policy has stated a clear time frame, and never had this hard time at any other store. I’d encourage you to not support their business if they don’t take care customers and accept returns.

The customer service at this location was great the guy with the dreads was very inviting and nice! I would have bought a bag, but I just ordered one online. I was just in town visiting and wanted to browse around.

Out of all the Lululemon stores in the bay the Berkeley location has the worst customer service. I took my husband's jacket for zipper repair and they said they don't do zipper repair. Since I've had bad experiences in this store, I took it to Lululemon in Corte Madera, what a difference!! They took the jacket in for repair and even offer me the option to get a new one. I don't understand how the customer service can be so different from one store to another one. The Berkeley store sales person lied to me! Lululemon has zipper repair services! Dont lie to people of you dont know!! I think the whole staff needs training at this location!

I stopped by the store to return two pairs of sweatpants that I had ordered online. Easy enough I thought. However, the salesperson that was supposed to be helping me was very combative, insisting that the email that I was providing was not coming up in their system and then insisting that I needed to have the shipping receipt with me. When I asked if they could ask someone else for help, they lost their temper and began acting rudely. Fortunately, another customer, who said she was also an employee, simply showed them where to find the bar codes they were looking for and ... simple, done.The rest of the transaction, the salesperson was curt and smirking. For a simple return, I can't believe I had to put up with such disrespectful behavior from what Lululemon calls their "Educators"Loyal customer lost.

I love the staff/educators here, especially Laura. She is super knowledgeable about all their products, and goes above and beyond to help customers.I swung by today to see if I could exchange some shorts that I loved, but started wearing unexpectedly. Unfortunately, that pair of shorts I was looking for is being discontinued, but she said that I could come back anytime and would help figure out what newer model shorts would match the closest. I’ll definitely be back at this location.
