I purchased from them some earrings and my boyfriend has purchased a few other things from this store, and their Customer Service is always outstanding. Connie is the best, but also Margo and the third lady. Thank you all! 🙏

Walked in to ask a simple question about toe ring size and look for a piece of jewelry and staff seemed like they were annoyed at us for coming into the store and were not helpful.

Talented artists with discerning eye for style, and superior skills. They helped me change a old broach into a gorgeous necklace that gets many compliments. Timely, reasonable pricing, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Went shopping here for an engagement ring. 3/4 people we dealt with (one of them being the owner) acted like they couldn’t be bothered with us. One employee was great! Ended up purchasing a ring online through them but found some glaring problems with the diamond. When asking the owner about it she seemed to look down her nose at us and act like we were the problem. When asked about the ethics of the diamonds she sources she claimed that she “gets them from an Indian man who treats his employees fairly” and then proceeded to use the argument “Well do you drive a car? Do you fly when you travel? What shoes do you wear?” Etc. That was the final red flag for me. Returned the ring within the confines of their return policy and got the typical attitude from the owner. They get 2 stars only due to the customer service of one employee who was great. Would not recommend shopping here. There are way better places in the area with much friendlier customer service and higher quality more ethically sourced gems.

Came across this little shop one evening and my experience wasn't the best. The jewelry looked like ancient costume jewelry and was priced way too high for the quality. Do not recommend....

I came to this small store recently and didn't have a great experience. I wanted to support a local business but while there I found it very cheap and not up to pare. The store was messy and carried many things I can find online for a cheaper price. I don't think a jewelry store should carry cheap things that are overly priced. I wouldn't shop here again and I wasn't even greeted when I arrived.

I purchased a 14 karat gold 18" chain from M.Lowe and Co. for my mother. The piece was sleek and elegant at first . After a couple wears I notice it tarnished around the entire chain causing it to look very dull. I did not intend on sending her jewelry in for a cleaning so soon to get it back to the original shine. I wouldn't purchase from here again. It reminds me of one time wear costume jewelry. I do not recommend.

Lovely staff and high quality jewelry selection. I got some gorgeous earrings for an affordable price. The manager went out of her way to stay late, after the shop closed, to help me finish my purchase. I'm enthralled with my new earrings and I've had tons of compliments on them already. A great place to treat yourself or shop for special occasions!

I have absolute trust in their craftsmanship, and know that when I am buying a piece from M.Lowe, I am buying an heirloom for my family to treasure across generations. I bought my wife's engagement ring here I got my wedding bad here and I have purchased earrings here. The staff are great and the selection is amazing. I recomend them highly to anyone who needs a jeweler in the area. They also do repairs and alterations!
