Mid Century Møbler is a gem! Julian and Desirée are knowledgeable, kind, and clearly love what they do. The showroom is beautifully curated with great value, and the whole experience—from purchase to delivery—was smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond refinishing our Nils Jonsson “Florence” credenza, and even personally delivered a component to our home. The piece is gorgeous, but it’s their service and care that really stood out. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Desiree and Julian are amazing to work with and the furniture pieces are stunning. They arrived to my home in NYC a few hours ago, and my apt is transformed. Wow. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Julian and Desiree are so knowledgeable and helpful, from the in-store shopping experience, selecting fabrics, to the final refinished and reupholstered product. I purchased a dining table and chairs, and wish I had room for more pieces from their beautiful store. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just walking around here is an amazing. The couple that runs the place are super knowledgeable and very friendly. If they thought a class in mid century furniture, I would go out of my way to attend.

We are happy three-time buyers from midcenturymobler. They include restoration in the price of their vintage furniture, so you’re seeing the “before” images when you view their inventory. That requires a leap of faith for the first-time buyer, but I’d advise you to take that leap. We’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of their wood finish restorations, and delighted by their upholstery work. They reupholstered our Johannes Andersen sofa, which has a somewhat complex form and single cushion seat that could lead to wrinkles or air pockets in lesser hands, but they really nailed it. They recommend Kvadrat fabrics, which are top notch, but they will also use the fabric of your choice. Not cheap, but highly recommended.

Great selection of beautiful pieces! Visiting from out of state and this was must on my list of places to see. Did not disappoint! Super friendly too. Very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we checked them out while in town. Will definitely return.

I highly recommend Mid-Century Mobler. We purchased a 1960s drybar (cool!), a beautiful sideboard, and a charming shallow display cabinet that fits our entry alcove.
We are happy with the restoration done before delivery and the careful shipping and white glove delivery. Julian answered all our questions. We felt we were in good hands and could trust Julian's expertise. I recommend subscribing to the online newsletter. If you love mid-century modern style, you will appreciate Julian and Desiree's highly curated collection.

This is my second purchase from Mid Century Mobler. They have a fantastic collection of beautiful vintage furniture and accessories, which is always changing and growing. The dresser was refinished perfectly--it looks brand new. The delivery was on time and very professional with no damage at all to the furniture or my house. The dresser fits perfectly because the measurements in the description were right on. I now have about seven pieces of furniture from MCM. It is not inexpensive, but every piece is a lifetime keeper. In my opinion it is better to get quality items and keep them forever than buy cheap stuff that will not last.

My wife and I bought a Kurt Østervig Lounge Chair and a G Plan Teak Credenza; they are both fantastic!! The upholstery and fabric exceeded our expectations and the refinishing was perfect. From our initial conversations through delivery, the attention to detail was amazing!

I don’t know how they restored the credenza, but it was pretty roughed up when I bought it and now it looks new! Gorgeous! The people were so friendly and patient while I took forever to decide.

I was looking for a diamond in the rough in a mini loveseat and was having such a hard time finding the right fit for my office. Mid century Mobler and Julian were easy to work with and I found a beautiful De Sede bison hide piece that I would not have found anywhere else. Julian procures furniture that are rare and beautiful and I look forward to ongoing purchases from his wonderful shop.

A wonderful showroom with extensive inventory. Justin was friendly, knowledgable and informative. The shopping experience was fun, not pressured. The pieces we bought are in fabulous condition and were exactly what we had been searching for.
