The employees are wonderful in this store, they are very helpful and polite, I come here often and get great service every time, my only complaint is that it’s too hot in the store and ac does not work well, I went in today and was sweating the whole time I was there, not ok for costumers or employees, please fix.

I came into this store, it looked clean compared to the way it used to look, I received help from a B Jackson he was very knowledgeable, and knew what he was talking about. He gave me that service that we use to receive years ago. I asked him was he new because I had not seen him before. I was very impressed. Office Depot don’t let him go. He is a good asset for your store and the Community.!!!

I'm thrilled with my experience at this store! The employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their responses to my questions were prompt, courteous, and thoughtful—qualities I haven't encountered in a long time. As a small business owner myself in Berkeley, I truly understand the immense value of such exceptional customer service. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Alexandria, Andy, and Mr. Johnson, but truth be told, all the staff deserve commendation for their outstanding service.

I called ahead about a product I wanted to come by and purchase in store I was told the product was there 3 days later I go in and nobody knows who I talked to the product was never in the store they never carried the product and there you go this is customer service since COVID everybody's effing brain dead

Andy behind the Front Counter & Stephanie in Print were ' super helpful ' with Scan & Print from e-mail on their ' Self Service Machines '.
A Local Business that must be supported post Covid - 19.
The huge Office Max across the street closed down years ago. Welcome WFM ( Whole Foods Market ).....!!!

I needed 450 copies made and had a coupon. The self serve copier wouldn’t take the coupon so an associate, Alexandria Jones helped me and was very efficient and very pleasant. I got all my copies at a great price in under 30 minutes.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I went to this place in 10th street Berkeley to make copies of documents from my email. I tried several times in the machine but unfortunately not able to do it. So asked the lady to help me but refused and told me to read the instructions in the table. I don’t know why she didn’t like to teach me since she was not busy. In fact I usually give a tip of 3X of the of the price. So I left and went to UPS. where the worker was very helpful and awarded him tip 4x of the charges

There is a man that works as a cashier that has been so rude to me on so many occasions! I understand that he's not born in America and perhaps his customs are different, but there's no need to be rude in any case! He is curt, unfriendly, and is the reason why I will no longer shop at this place, even though it's so much more convenient for me to go there. It's worth not going there again to so that I may never see that guy's face. Adios Office Depot!
