Loved this place, but as of yesterday, another closure of a small pharmacy. Really sad that all we're left with is the poor service of CVS and Walgreens and their endless lines.

I had run out of one of my supplements. The online site that I have a standing autoship order for it was out and they have no idea when they'll be getting it back in stock. I called Pharmaca this morning and the woman I spoke w/ was extremely helpful. She walked back to check and told me that they didn't have the brand I asked for, but did have others. When I was researching it online I discovered that the company, Pure Encapsulations, was owned by Nestlé, which I dislike as much as Amazon, maybe more, so I was open to changing brands. This afternoon I went over to Pharmaca. I looked around the store, but was unable to find the product. I waited while a staff member helped another customer and then asked her. She took me right over to where they had a couple of bottles of the house brand. She explained that there is a worldwide shortage because the plant, frankincense, is being stripped out and not replenished. She cautioned me about buying from Amazon as some purveyors sell fake stuff. I told her of my dislike of Amazon as well as my dislike of Nestlé. I bought the last two bottles of their product and will cross my fingers that they have it back in stock when I use it up in a couple of months. The same helpful woman rang me up. I didn't think to ask her name but she was hardworking and very informative.

The bar is low for pharmacies. This one has reasonable wait times and good Pharmacists, but like most places overworked and not longer friendly. The staff at cashier and makeup are overtly rude, go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. When you ask a question of a specialist on drug or supplements they treat you like you are stupid, when you ask for help with makeup they act like you will steal it or have no clue again. They have numerous coupons, extra savings and bonus w purchases- and always make you ask for it at the cashier check out and act like they are doing you a favor giving it to you. They have always hired staff that act this way- there is just no other alternative or health stores nearby. I spend literally thousands a year at Pharmaca online (perfect way to shop there), a professional over 45 and their target demographic customer. If the manager or owner cares they should note it.

I have been a customer for years and have noticed that the pharmacy is often disorganized and employees seem confused and not empowered to deal with issues, but have stuck with Pharmaca as my pharmacy until now. But after dealing with a situation in which the pharmacy was at fault but couldn't be bothered to fix the error and instead expected me to clean up its mess is the last straw.

Very slow. Some of the staff are really nice, but some are terrible. The automatic messages generated and sent to your phone about your prescriptions are not accurate.

This Pharmaca has a very knowledgeable staff and can usually answer any questions you have or give you advice on substitutes if what you wanted is not available and will order it if available. A Very Friendly Staff with attention to detail. They remember their regular customers and usually make sure if any special discount is available offer it to you! Couldn't ask for a more customer friendly atmosphere and they have great gifts to shop for the holidays too!Thanks Pharmaca!

The guy that works here is SO rude and unhelpful. I've gone back three times for my medication refill, and each time there's some new reason why it's not ready, despite this guy leaving me irritable messages about how my medication is taking up room on their shelf and they can't hold it any longer. This pharmacy has become a joke, they need to hire someone who is competent and respectful, like any one of his predecessors.

This is one of my favorite places to shop when I run out of beauty products and health supplements. They sell high-quality products that are harder to find locally, and all their staff are always very helpful. My weakness is their Jane Iredale cosmetics counter - where I always splurge! Special thanks to Kathryn who is usually working when I come in. She is very kind and has always gone out of her way to be extra helpful - even when the store gets busy.

Stopped in to this store today to replenish a face cleanser. I added a few additional items and when I approached the register, I mentioned to the cashier that I had an online account. She said she could look me up my phone or name. Well, she searched and was unable to find me- so no loyalty points and no discount given. I was sure I had set up an account so when I got home I logged in- and there I was. Your systems need work if your staff is unabeto locate accounts of your customers.

I went to get my flu vaccine and the service followed all social distance guidelines and precautions. Instructions were clear and I signed all my paperwork, then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before and after the procedure. The pharmacycashier took time to make sure that anything of concern in my paperwork was figured out, took my temperature in a professional manner. Hand sanitizer was generously provided as I needed it at both the pharmacy and checkout, I was given a ten dollar no strings attached coupon for the store afterwards. I bought a CDC compliant face mask for a rock bottom price! Sneeze guards, everyone wore masks, social distance guidelines, definitely worth the trip if you're still on the fence. Will get my vaccine with them again when the need calls for it!
