Sory and Tran are amazing! I usually get gel designs on my natural nails. They really take their time with your designs and are patient with your requests. They hand draw French tips perfectly. If you’re wanting to get great designs done, this is the place to go!

I had a wonderful experience at Polished Nail Spa. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the staff are professional and welcoming. I tried a manicure, pedicure, waxing, and eyelash extensions, and every service was excellent. My nails look perfect, the waxing was quick and comfortable, and my lashes look natural and beautiful. Everything felt very hygienic and the prices are fair. I highly recommend Polished Nail Spa for anyone looking for quality beauty care.

Very nice. Cannot make your reservation online, so you need to call. I would highly recommend a reservation as I went on a Friday afternoon with a res and there weren’t enough pedicure chairs for people who came in. They also will ask you to pay in cash!!

Went to get my feet done, first they never did me like everyone else had foot s scrub and moisturizer add to theirs and they never turned on my massage chair and everyone else had their massage chair on. I felt kind of prejudice a little bit. My feet was dry and just poor first time service

Lee is amazing!!!!! I broke a nail a day before I went on vacation and she not only stayed late to fix it but also gave it her full attention and care. I wish the rest of my nails looked as good as this one that Lee did 😂

Lee and her team are the best. I’ve moved to New York, San Jose, Sacramento and San Francisco, and each time have come back to my college nail spot (here!) because I have yet to find anywhere that can beat both the price AND the talent. Not to mention the absolute warmth and kindness of this team. This place truest does the best manicure.

This isn’t just a nail spa - Li does a fantastic job at eyelash extensions too! Incredibly reasonably priced (I did basically a full natural set for $45) and really really well done. I wanted natural looking extensions that would still “pop” for my wedding day and Li nailed it. And she only took ~30 mins!
Highly recommend for eyelash extensions! Can’t wait to get my nails done here next!
Requested style: I requested natural, wispy eyelashes and got exactly what I wanted. I showed her a photo and she did it exactly.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since i was in middle school, I am now 23 years old. Me and my mom love Lee and the other lady’s here. Laura does amazing acrylic and Kathy does the most crisp French tip. They are professional and very accommodating here. If you’re looking for a place in Berkeley I’d highly recommend coming here. Make sure to call ahead to get your spot booked! (They are open to doing walk in too!)

Absolutely fantastic, affordable, and fast service! Went here with a few girlfriends and they were extremely busy and one of their nail techs had left early. Even though we waited for a bit, they were extremely attentive and once we sat down for our nails, they finished extremely quickly still maintaining great quality.
While their prices are already incredibly affordable, they gave us a discount for our patience. We will certainly return to Polished again!
