I went to PostalAnnex to mail my books. Toby helped me pick the right box, packed my books, filled in the gaps with packing peanuts, and sealed the box perfectly. It was the best experience I've ever had at a postal store in the United States.

Went in for notary service and printing. Nash was great and wonderful to talk to! I’ll definitely be coming back for anything else I need in the future. The various UPS stores and FedEx are dead to me.

Amazing experience at this store! My daughter needed passport photos, a notary, and copies and it was a perfect one stop shop! They even let me email an additional doc to her on the spot when needed!!! I am grateful for their kindness and incredible customer service!

Great place for shipping packages. Helpful with packing and you can choose from different carriers (USPS, Fedex, etc) and pick the best price

The worst place. Not only do they not refund you the remainder of time like the post office. You can’t receive any mail for family for example unless they are listed on the account ( anything to make more money from people). Save your money and go to the post office. First and last time dealing with postal annex

The staff who responded was very friendly.
I was embarrassed because I had ordered a large baggage, but they opened the door and explained things well. Thanks to this, I was able to transport the package to my accommodation smoothly.

Had so many questions and got polite, useful and great explanations to all of them. Took pictures of pricing options with no pressure to decide on spot. Got offered to hold mail until I want it to be shipped. Got envelopes, tape, stamps, everything I needed. Thanks for the service!

Going out of my way to write this review because WOW they just saved my a** again. The price is definitely higher than other places, but it's worth it for the great customer service and convenience. The people here get the job done, no muss, no fuss. I was able to print my shipping label and mail my package under 5 minutes. If you're looking for somewhere that's fast, efficient and dependable, this is the place for you.

Very friendly polite staff, I went in with a return and did not realize it was not prepaid, staff was very polite about it and let me know my options for sending it out.
