This physical fitness program is top-notch! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The workouts are challenging but effective, and I've seen a significant improvement in my fitness levels since starting.

Glad to hear that this location reopened. I believe they were closed since the pandemic. I went in for class earlier this week and was all checked in with several others, but the instructor didn't show up. The front desk attendant said there was a glitch in the system and that class wasn't happening.

I came here via classpass to try a course with my bf. The amenities are great and I loved the staff there. The class is very nice - for all levels and can be quite challenging which is great. I wish they had more times to offer throughout the day. Barre is such a challenging fitness course that no matter what level you are on, it can be quite hard. They do have a policy that if you are late, you cannot attend the class which makes sense. Facility is quite clean and open. Plenty of space. I definitely felt the workout the next day as it pushed me to work. The class consists of using your own body weight, hand weights, and other equipments.

First time coming back to this class after over a year. I forgot they have a sticky sock policy. I was taken out of class right before it began, had to purchase sticky socks. This ruined my mood. I wish I was informed this before I entered the studio, while signing the waiver

Couldn't even attend my first class as I was more than 5 minutes late. Can't stand when studios have policies like that that make no sense. Obviously people are late to things all the time, it's an exercise class, it's not that's serious... Will be bringing my business to the other more welcoming studios in oakland and berkeley and never returning here.

The best!!! The classes are great as are the instructors and everyone who works at the front desk. I wish there were more classes throughout the day so I could go more often - but other than that, I love it :) Barre has been wonderful for building small and deep muscles and complements my other workouts really well!

The Pure Barre workout is awesome - challenging, painful, exhausting. The 50 minute class is a total body workout that never gets old or easy. The instructors are fantastic - motivating and supportive. The studio is clean and well managed.

I love the Pure Barre workout; it fits a lot of intense exercise into 50 minutes and I always feel so much better afterwards! The staff at the Berkeley studio are all great, very friendly and helpful. And the New York Times has an article about how weight training and resistance exercises appear to help the aging brain, so yet another reason to do it at any age!

Pure Barre packs a lot of exercise into a 50-minute class, and it is always a real challenge! The endorphin rush, feeling myself getting in shape, and the friendly staff are all highly addictive! I love that when I travel I can use Purebarre on demand (a separate online service) to keep my momentum going when I travel or between classes. I recommend signing up for at least a week so you can see how great they are for yourself!

I have been going to the Berkeley location for about a month and I love it! The instructors (Madeline, Mackenzie, Brittany- you ladies rock) are awesome! And what can I say about the front end, so welcoming. I have gone to other barre studios but this has been by far the best!

I've been coming to this studio for a few months now and have become quite addicted to the workout. I love the workout because it's fast paced and requires a lot of focus meaning I don't catch myself checking the time every five minutes. It's pretty easy to adjust the exercises if you have injuries or feel worn out, it's a no shame environment. The best thing that Pure Barre does is make sure that everything feels personal, they do a great job at remembering everyone's names. I feel stronger!
