Yes, they're busy, but that's not the fault of the staff. Quest needs to fund an additional employee at this location. The staff that I interacted with were kind and managed the busy situation the best they could.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:10. I got there and checked around 1:13. At first, there was only one person drawing blood, and there were about eight people waiting.
I saw my name on the list of people on the TV. The TV kept playing an announcement that said that you should make appointments instead of doing walk-ins, because then you'd experience "little or no wait."
I waited for 30 minutes, and the person ahead of me was called. After about 10 more minutes, I checked the TV, and my name had disappeared. I asked one of the workers about this and she seemed stressed out and a bit annoyed with me, and said that it was my fault (but didn't explain why). She didn't tell me what to do, and then left the front desk to take a sample. So I left.
If you go, bring your laptop or a good book!

The online service of scheduling and check in is so convenient. I was seen by the phlebotomist right on time and your staff was very friendly. Great experience!
