Was in there today with my wife and we were ignored by the 3 sales people. Not a hello or a can we help you find anything. They were just sitting there talking to themselves about their personal lives. Apparently this is common as the last time we were there it was the same thing. Terrible customer service for such an expensive store

Very poor customer service. We walked in and there were no other customers but 3 employees and none bothered to greet us let alone say hello. The temperature of the store was also like a sauna so perhaps they wanted to keep customers from staying there.

Beautiful products. Beautiful store. However, I’d suggest you shop online or the catalog instead. We arrived at the Berkeley store at 5:30, just as an employee was closing the doors. Despite the hours on the door stating closing was at 6pm. We entered and were greeted by no one, but rather glared at by a young woman (a perfect counterpart to the rude male employee). She rudely glared at all further customers (with arms crossed and legs crossed) that entered and greeted no one. As if all customers that entered we’re an inconvenience. The male employee then rudely stated that the bathrooms were “closed” as a man entered to use the restrooms. He knocked on the door and again sternly told the man “sir, this bathroom is closed”. This male employee then proceeded to tell the young woman employee at 5:45pm, stand by the door and don’t let anyone else in. We exited as we understood that they wanted everyone out. They then locked the doors at 5:45pm. We watched as over a dozen other customers approached the door and tried to enter, confused as the store should not have closed until 6pm.This is a high end product, very high price point. Please train your employees to have work ethic and basic customer service skills. I will never return to this location. (We visited on Sept 16, 2023 at 5:30pm)

Amazing 20th century design inspired lighting and furniture. Great quality Anyones review about customer service... I'll remind them it's 2023...customer service is a thing of the past. Be a customer who knows what they need and to be organized about it and handle your business.

I walked into Rejuvenation yesterday, for the first and last time. I walked through the store in a the typical U pattern. I got to the door pulls/ "accessories" and a white male sales person came over and said to me and my partner, "be careful, it's expensive over here". I responded with don't worry I got it. I was so floored that this person made that statement to the only two Black people in the store (maybe another associate that worked there??). Unconscious bias or overt racism. You be the judge.

Wanted to write a review based of the great customer service I received. Was a bit hesitant to call at first due to the poor reviews this place had on yelp but I gave it a chance anyways. A man name Edward was incredibly sweet and kind and very patient with me. I normally don't do phone orders and would skip the interaction and just order online but I'm so glad I took the chance!

Good lighting choices, as long as you’re delivered the right items!I’ve been having extremely difficult interactions with multiple customer service representatives to replace a simple part. It’s been a few weeks and I am still being passed around by service reps like… well you can imagine yourself.Be advised when purchasing from this company. The lack of a product rating system on their website, in addition to the sheer difficulty of returns and exchanges makes shopping here a frustrating experience.

Based on terrible reviews regarding customer service at Rejuvenation's Berkeley location, I almost didn't call them to see if they had the lamps I was looking for in stock. But I figured, what the heck, I'll FAFO myself. Whatever happens, I'll write a review on Yelp. Well, here ya go...A sales associate named Kayleen answered the phone. She was warm, well-spoken, and extremely helpful. She went to the back to search for both lamps while she put me on hold. End of story--I bought two lamps for my bedroom and was very happy with the customer service I received. Hat tip to Kayleen!I think the bad reviews say more about the people of (or near) Berkeley than they do the sales associates at Rejuvenation. Makes me feel sorry for them, what they must have to endure.

They always go above and beyond to help me with my orders. The people in the store have the best attitude, know the inventory well and are excellent at communicating about the timing of delivery on products I order. I can trust that the delivery window is accurate and their products will arrive on time (or even early!) for my projects.

Although I haven't received my custom counter stools yet - I am really impressed by the service and products at Rejuvenation in Berkeley. I debated whether to order online or in the store. I placed a call to the store and spoke with Kelsy N. - she was such a tremendous help - answered all my questions effortlessly and professionally all with a tone of friendliness. She even had additional information that I hadn't thought about. When I stopped in the next day - I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Kelsy. She had the sample all ready for me and helped me finalize the process of ordering the furniture.The other store associates were also very friendly and helpful.I did order some items on line as they were only available online with a sale price. I'm very happy with those items. This is a great resource for furniture, lighting, hardware & fixtures, rugs and more. I feel the quality and service is much higher than their sister stores (Pottery Barn, etc)

Came from sacramento to buy 3 lambs and pulls for kitchen remodel. 3 gals didnt help but refused to let me use the restroom right after she used it. Made me go to coffee store nextdoor. They missed out on a lot of money.

I had very bad experience with Rejuvenation,please save yourself from trouble and never buy from them. They have very poor customer service.When i ordered my items , i verified they are in stock as i needed them in 2-3 week ,they confirmed delivery in 1-3 weeks.its been 8 weeks and i was on call with them more than 7 hours with multiple calls and still no answer when they will come.Stay away!

Really poor customer service. Only person in the store, the employee would rather pick up the phone in the middle of a conversation with us rather than continuing to help us. The other worker, who seemed like a manager, was even worse... avoid!
