Alex and the crew were fantastic. My moped broke down and they fixed it like new. Great communication every step of the way. And they cleaned it and added some minor fixes for free! This is the only place I trust with my bikes.

Bryan, I want to thank you again for selling me the Aprilia RSV4. I rode 100 miles on it right out of the dealership. Superb! Stupendous! Silky suspension. Perfect chassis. Monster motor. Music from the tail pipe. Dopamine baby. Rockridge Two Wheels is by far the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable dealership in my quite extensive experience in purchasing motorcycles.

I was looking for my first "new" and beginner motorcycle in the Bay Area and I got a beautiful 2025 Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 here at Rockridge Two Wheels! The folks here - Brian, Daniel and Alex were absolutely professional, down to earth and what I value most is honesty. I was looking at the Scram 411 at another dealership but it was the folks here at Rockridge that pointed out that I needed something with a little more power to tackle the highways here in the Bay Area. While the Scram 411 will handle local streets just fine, it will struggle on the highways. The Himalayan 450 had almost twice the power output of the Scram 411 and after taking it out on the highway, I absolutely agree with the folks at Rockridge Two Wheels. I am super happy with the bike and I am loving the ride! They gave me a great discount to help out on my first new bike too! The space is small but well decorated and they host community events from time to time. if you love dogs, there is also a wonderful friendly rottweiler named Vinny there! Check out their new show bike - Himalayan 450 build decorated in a custom Red White and Blue! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for Royal Enfields, Aprilias, Vespas!

I can not say enough great things about this place. Everyone that we interact with was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this business to anyone from the experienced rider to the novice. They also have a large inventory of Vespas.

Generally speaking, I would say this place is far overpriced and disorganized. I am not confident that the team did perform all elements of the 12k service for my Vespa (the guy on the phone balked at the valve check need, which is part of the service - I called other places after the fact and they said a valve check was normal). The front desk guy didn’t call me when my Vespa was ready, although he told me he would. He said he thought I’d “just come get it.” I didn’t feel like my time was respected; he did provide a small discount for this. Lastly, when the team put the casing on the front panel, they forgot to insert the silicone around the clock and set buttons, so those are perpetually sticking out (I had the Vespa service before I moved, so I didn’t get a chance to ask the team to remedy this). For the hourly rate I paid, I would expect better attention to detail. All in all, see if you can get your scooter or bike towed to a place in SF like Tokyo Moto- you’ll save money in the end, and in my experience the attention to detail and professionalism are greater there. Two stars because I think this place is price-gouging given their location and monopoly on the East Bay scooter service market, and their professional standards and attention to detail don’t match the cost by far.

I've worked with Aprilia dealerships across Southern and Northern California, and the team at RRTW is one of the very best. Their service department made my 2001 RSV ride, look and sound like new - not an easy task for bike that age. Alex is an honest manager who clearly communicates the pros and cons of your options, and their prices are extremely reasonable given the level of service they deliver.

I took my scooter here for some minor repairs. These guys are awesome. They know their stuff and they took care of my problem right then and there while I stood and watched. They don't normally fix my brand but they helped me out anyway. I love this place.

On July 27, 2024 I called them because I saw a bike that I really like which was the Yamaha R6. I advised Daniel that I was in the market for a bike because I just got my motorcycle license and I am a new rider. He gave me great advice and had patience even though I am all the way out in Massachusetts; knowing that the chance of me buying a bike from them was pretty slim. However, he did a great job at staring me in the right direction letting me know what bike might be too powerful for me and also suggesting a bike that I would be more comfortable with. If I have the chance to buy a bike from them, I most definitely will.

Great experience with this shop. Worked w Alex on finding a small part for the clutch lever. Not only did they have it but they were happy enough to just give it to me. Will be coming back most definitely.

Rockridge Two Wheels has been the go-to mechanic for my Suzuki GZ since 2013...back in their College Ave days. The move to Shattuck and the subsequent sale saw what I'll respectfully call a "dip" in their service model. The great news is the new folks - Alex, Daniel, Jordan and team - have brought my beloved RRTW back!! Great communication, great repairs, super efficient, great customer service. And Courteous!! Which, as a women rider is a deal breaker when you're not. So if you're looking for a place to call home for your old bike, or looking for a new one, Rockridge Two Wheels is the place!
