Got recommended by my teacher to get my saxophone fixed here. All I asked for them to fix an air leak and check if it had any more issues and they charged me 200 and did absolutely nothing!

I take all my saxophones in there for constant repairs. If you own saxophones, you know what I mean. It's kind of like a complicated piece of Plumbing.

I had my mark VI overhauled so I could bet back into playing after laying off 10+yrs. It's plays so much better than before, low tones to altissimo! It's going to make it so much easier getting back into the groove. I appreciate all work that was done and the technical craftmanship to make this horn sound so good!

Wow, wow, wow. Came in with a pad that had fallen off my workhorse Selmer, and they took SUCH amazing care of my horn. Replaced three pads, my lower register leaks, and found a leak in my neck as well. I FORGOT this horn could play so well... Literally worked magic on this - and didn't overcharge me or force upsell me on stuff that I didn't absolutely need to get back to my gigs for the weekend. Thank you !

Eric and Marcus do excellent repair work. I have also bought 2 mouthpieces from Eric, for tenor and alto. He is a mouthpiece master craftsman! Call ahead to make sure someone is in the shop as the hours are a bit unpredictable, but worth it if you need professional repair work or anything mouthpiece related!

Overhauled my MK VI and did the best job I could have imagined. I can play the whole altissimo with ease, and the instrument feels natural in my hands. I've tried the other places in Sf and Berkley, and I keep bringing my instruments to Eric.

In the 20 years I have been playing, I have to say that Eric is heads and shoulders above any sax tech I've encountered. So much so that I'm willing to brave the 2 hour drive when my horns need real TLC. He has a tremendous eye for detail and a true gift/artistry when it comes to the saxophone. He is also honest. Many techs charge top dollar and only dole out mediocre work at best. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone at the pro level who can't afford to waste time or money!

The worst customer experience ever; arrived at 3:45 of Saturday in this shop, and told me he was now in his break (?). Weird, it must be the first unionized sax shop in the world. I will bring my business ( 500+ mouthpiece) somewhere else
