I spoke with Victoria last week regarding a credit card reward I used for purchase and never received my reward reimbursement when the purchase was canceled due to not picking it up because the days were mixed up on my part. I was informed that Victoria would be reaching out to me this week with the store manager who spoke regarding this issue of not receiving my reward after cancellation. Never heard back and I have spent so much money with Sephora to where I am at Rogue status. Hopefully, moving forward they would keep their word and follow up. Very disappointing, will not be choosing this location ever again.

If i could give them negative stars I would. The technician kept waxing over the same spot on my brow until my skin was sore. She put wax on my eyelids well below my eyebrow. She did this several times. She did not give my eyebrow any shape at all. They look they they haven't been waxed for years. She waxed off almost half of one of my eyebrow. I asked her to stop. I believe she was intentionally trying to hurt me. There is no way to have her fined or jailed and she should be both. I know that Sephora does great work, but these people have only done horrible work on my eyebrows and have done things to damage the skin on my eyelids. I have tried three different technicians and all of them have used the same tactics. They are pretentious stuck up and elitists jerks with no sense of humanity or fairness. Instead of causing me bodily harm you could have made up and excuse to not do my eyebrows. I told the technician that she could have said she didn't want to do my eyebrows instead of hurting me. She could have even said she was sick. But instead like some sadistic lunatic she decides to mess up my eyebrows on purpose. Sephora sucks

If you’re a man, go to nordstrom. The staff here will ignore the hell out of you because you’re not their target demographic.
I spent, no joke, 30 minutes waiting in their mens section. No asked if I needed help. I go to the register to basically ask for help as all other store associated were helping other customers, the woman at the register strikes up a 10m convo with a customer that’s already paid.
This same transaction took 5 minutes at nordstrom.

Latina cashier scheduled around 4PM on March 19th was rude and lacked decency. If she hates her job so much, she should find another one and learn how to properly talk to people. Maybe then she'll get further in life instead of being miserable and taking it out on customers :)

I went yesterday to buy perfume. The vendor was very helpful however the cashier was a bit rude and unwelcoming. I felt so uncomfortable.

What a wonderful store with amazing employees. This Sephora must treat their employees so well. Everyone was such a delight to talk to!! I had Mo help me out with my product selection, who by the way is amazing and showed me multiple things that help me suit my skin tone! I really appreciated that. She sensed how nervous I was and came to help me!
Secondly, one of the ladies checking me out was wonderful made sure the products I had were not displays (I was that customer so sorry) although a simple mistake was made where that one of the products wasn't in my bag, no biggie at all! I came the next day, the lovely girl with red hair and nice berets helped me and just grabbed it right away and said it was put aside. Meaning the cashier caught it and knew I'd be back. Phenomenal customer service! I appreciate every single one of you! From Mo, to the cashier (I am so sorry I don't remember your name you were absolutely amazing though!) and to the lady with the red hair (I am also sorry I don't remember your name you were also amazing)
Thank you all so much! I am a GM at a retail store and it's nice to see another store optimizing its operations and hired clearly amazing people who enjoy their work!
