KALI LORENZO is the go girl hands down. I been looking for the right foundation for over two years. I decided today to give Sephora another shot. I'm glad I did Miss Kali was so knowledgeable about the makeup game. In less than an hour I was able to learn a few tricks for a flawless face beautiful eyebrows and an everyday lip. She was so down to earth and sweet I will definitely be back.

I've been a long-time Sephora customer, but just recently visited this location for the first time.Ty was very welcoming as she helped match my Color IQ using their in-store Skin Scan tool. Brenda was also helpful locating an eyebrow powder (Anastasia seems to be the only brand they carry which makes such a product). And the Beauty Advisor at the checkout on 10/19/23 at 2:44pm also offered great customer service!

Previously, Sephora was my go-to shopping destination for products; however, I have recently observed a lack of organization and a significant amount of trash scattered around the store, which has made me feel uncomfortable about making purchases. Additionally, I've noticed a substantial number of empty products on the shelves.

Easy to get to but only if it's open? Doesn't explain why... and directs you to buy online and pick up in store (but not from their store)? I will say the last time I went in I was looking for my face wash and the display was empty. I asked for help and she opened the drawer below where a ton of them were. She grabbed one and gave it to me... but didn't fill the display? When was the last time the display was filled? She just went back to standing where she was before. Who knows!

Just like a normal Sephora. Has great assistants if you ever need help and workers here are kind! They do sell Glossier here and I was going to get a balm dot com (wild fig) but changed my mind.

Just left this Sephora Berkeley location (evening of 9/1). Multiple staff members on the floor were very rude as i was simply looking for a product that appeared to be "in stock" according to the website. The shelves were empty & many display palettes were missing so I needed assistance locating the item. One advisor made eye contact with me, looked at me up & down and turned away. I politely walked over to another associate to ask if the product I'm looking for is in stock and she rolled her eyes & said no and walked away. I didn't expect an explanation but i didn't expect such rude responses from those i interacted with. I am an avid Sephora shopper and extremely disappointed in my experience at this location.

Went in 2 times last month with my girlfriend. The first time staff was friendly, came up to us and asked if we needed help with anything. We ended up finding what we came for thanks to the employee that helped. Once it was time for check out we signed up for their birthday reward but they didn't have the birthday reward in stock we wanted so we were told to return at any time to pick it up even if it isn't the month or day of birthday. The second time we went in was to check for the birthday gift, we found it hard to find anyone to help us as we were looking around. So we just got in line and once it was our turn we told the cashier we're here to pick up the birthday gift. Then the lady told us that it isn't even the birthday month yet and said "who's birthday is it" "it's not even august for you to pick up" with an attitude. Not sure if the cashier was making comments about us on the earpiece but as we were walking out another employee on the floor said that we can pick it at any time but won't be able to redeem the gift on the birthday month, which we already knew! Not sure if the cashier is new or doesn't know how her job is able to do things but maybe get someone better who knows what they are doing next time! Because if the lady on the floor was helping at the register we would've been left with the birthday gift since last month when we last visited. GET HELPFUL EMPLOYEES!

The employees here are pretty pointless. They don't help get products. Everything is always sold out and they are not friendly or welcoming or knowledgeable about the correct products.

Jennifer is great. She was so helpful and patient with color matching my skin with 3 different brands and products. Glad I went to this location! The store is bigger and cleaner than the one in Emeryville.

The worst Sephora experience with untrained staff. Nobody was there to help and finally when I found someone and asked about the product she said they were closing and that they couldn't go back and check the product. Mind you I was going to get 10 lipsticks from YSL, those are not cheap and I knew which exact lipsticks I wanted. They also love to yell out your ear to tell you it's time to leave. I had already purchased products and was walking to leave but the yelling was horrible. Won't be back.
