The bike service I received was excellent! Expert advice, quick service, cost savings as a Basementeer; all my concerns embarking on the AlC ride were taken care of quickly! And I noticed race posters of running races I follow in the shoe department! Thanks for all your local support Berkeley Sports Basement!

Amazing store in Berkeley! Such a cool vibe in an old skating rink. A great selection of outdoor clothing and sports clothing, with a huge running shoe selection (all the best brands daily trainers and racing shoes). A big plus is the pre loved section upstairs where I found a running top for $4! We spent over an hour in this store and lots of members of staff helped us find the things we needed

I love Sports Basement! I rented ski equipment for my son and myself this year and it was super convenient and affordable. The staff is super knowledgeable and delighted to answer all my newbie questions about ski gear and everything else. Love their selection & the brands they carry for all sports and activities, too.

Sport Basement is one of my favorite Bay Area institutions. They run deals that help you when you need it... snow deals during ski season and camping deals leading up to Memorial Day. Love the local community support and being able to socialize my dog in the dog-friendly stores. I dislike shopping in person; Sports Basement is one of the exceptions.
