Crowded, but the drinks are fine. Unfortunately, service takes way too long, and the names are always wrong. It's as if they do it on purpose. It's not necessarily a big deal, but it's kind of annoying to me.

One of the guys working there was an absolute loon as he was singing and dancing, I could tell the other barista was not having it. The good barista told me to go to the other counter, because I had a pick up order, and when I went to that counter, this lunatic told me to go back to the counter I was just at, even though my order was right behind him. So the good barista had to walk over to where he was just at and grab my order as he continued to dance. Get this man fired.

The pandemic changed everything. There used to be seating and was a popular hangout, meaning that the Batista had to engage in the public. Now it feels like being served by a Cylon. I haven't been inside for quite awhile.

The service has taken a nosedive. In an effort, I assume, to prevent folks from stealing drinks and food off the counter, they’ve stopped calling out names once the orders are ready. But how do you know your order is ready? You have to ask the espresso bar apparently. But there are lots of folks just standing around waiting, and nothing happening, and plenty of orders ready.The espresso bar is swamped with work. Hardly looks up from what they’re doing. Every once in a while they will look up and be able to get one or two orders to the customer but then go back to work.One customer went to the ordering counter instead and asked for her order. “I don’t know you’ll have to ask the espresso bar” and when she persisted, he said, “well okay I’ll do it this once but next time ask the espresso bar.” And then, when the ordering line has died down, proceeds to not help out expediting orders. Just whistles and moves some inventory around.I get it, there are some shady people around here stealing food. But staff up, or get everyone to help out, or change the system. Please lose the condescension—you’re the ones changing the ordering flow and not announcing it via signage or telling customers. How are we to know what to do? We can’t read your minds.

This is for the barista named M**c**o.I'll spare u the embarrassment because my description will be enough.As a fellow barista, i get it when y’all r busy but to have that affect ur end product is just not acceptable.U first actually make our drink right and place it on the counter.Then u wind up acting frugal for some reason with our second drink. U even look at it and shrug before proceeding to empty out the cold foam.Even before that, you were procrastinating making drinks, just slowly replacing the milks as if u just ran a marathon, while ur coworkers r sweating and busting their poor bums.When i ask about the obvious visual difference in my similarly ordered drinks , u hit me with the “well I can add more ice? I added extra cold foam like u asked already”Fam u made the first drink fine with “no extra foam” and made the mistake of handing it to me and then giving almost the exact same drink with half the amount of coffee.Here’s a photo of how it should look. Do ur job right and stop being so lazy. I think ur coworkers would thank me-ur fellow starbie

Went there twice, first I got a matcha and it wasn’t even full, the second time I got a bose and they didn’t even put the syrup in cus it just tasted like straight espresso. I even tipped that time so I was expecting good service??? And for the bose I asked politely for the oat milk to be shaken with the espresso shots and the girl rolled her eyes ?The people working there are not friendly lol

Usefully located Starbucks off I-78 nearby to an Embassy Suites and offering a good brew coffee for a thirsty traveller.

Their location is closed randomly all the time. You don't know until you get there that it is closed and I see many people outside disappointed when this happens. The workers are rude, one of them was literally on their phone while taking my order and not paying attention.

Firstly I wish I could give zero stars. The employees were slow on service, bad attitude, and made us wait an unreasonably long time for one pre-heated sandwich that was $8. The product was rotten and old. Tasted like barf and had to throw away after a bite. Also smelt extremely atrocious. That was our experience at this Starbucks. Praying my sister doesn't get food poisoning. Thanks Starbucks.
