Support is bad, they kept saying to do this on the app over qnd over. But also this issue happened to us many times already. because the mobile service keeps changing the schedule time, making it 3 days later. Horrible service!

This service center is horrible. My wife and I have had to deal with them on three separate occasions. They did not fix the problem and kept pushing it down the road. One issue was a camera calibration problem which they said they could only fix in their repair facility in Berkeley and it was there all day until the next day, and they returned it to us with the problem not fixed. The other issue was a minor one, it seemed, replacing a plastic cover panel for wiring in the backseat. We were told they had to do it at that location rather than mobile service. Again we dropped off the vehicle and at the end of the day they told us they didn't have the park so they couldn't install it even though we had prearranged the appointment. I don't know is poorly managed or they're hiring people who don't understand how to repair Teslas, but it makes owning a Tesla a regrettable experience.

(1) mobile service repair out of the Berkeley service ctr. They came out twice to repair window on my new M3 (2022) which was not properly set into the gasket. Arrive when expected. Got job done. Nice service people. (2) this summer had a slow leak in one of tires. Made an appt to bring the car in to Tesla Berkeley. I was quoted the full cost to replace the tire in case that was needed, but I did not want to chance a tire place lifting the M3 the wrong way. They were very good about looking at my car at the appointed time, They found a nail and there was some difficulty in removing it, which I don't fully understand. But they said the difficulty was their problem so they didn't charge me. Also, I thought I needed a tire rotation but they said no, so that saved me money too! Very happy with Berkeley Tesla service so far. Thanks Yohnnie!

AVOID! I had a bad feeling about this place and all my spidey senses were confirmed. Made an appt for something simple - 1 out of every 10 times I drive on the highway I hear a loud whistle sound through the driver's side window. This is a well documented issue with 2020 Model 3s (I just got mine). Upon arriving I am told I must drive with a malodorous tech in order for him to confirm the issue. OF COURSE WE ARE NOT GOING TO HEAR THE SOUND! IT HAPPENS 1 OUT OF 10 TIMES! So we drive on the highway, do not hear the sound, get stuck in traffic for 20 mins on the way back and they just shrug and say, "You know, maybe try to videotape when it happens and THEN we can try to fix it. Oh, and maybe try another service center." GOOD GRIEF! What a waste of time. Their default mindset is, "How can we avoid working on cars here." Now my car stinks with B.O. Thanks, Tesla Berkeley.

This man named Carrie there is very unkind. He didn’t answer any of my questions and told me to go online to figure stuff out when every other service center has been able to help me/ give me info when needed. He was very dramatic, and really disparaging for simple issues.

Brought the model y in to get the infamous interior noise to be fix. After a few days in the shop. They swear it was tackled and fixed. Went to pick it up and drove right to the rough roads down the street. Instantly hear those damn rattles and squeaks. How incompetent are these mechanics ? He swear he done a ton of them and fix the problem when I talked to him when we did the ride around to hear the noise. The loaner they gave me was dirty as hell. Interior stinks of musty dirty gym. Haven't been vacuum or nothing. Can't wait till I get rid of this car. Do not buy a Tesla people!

Requesting service for a Tesla is very different from taking a ICE car for service. Tesla uses technology and the appointments and service requests are done on the app. It maybe confusing at first if you never done it before so for many of their customers it can cause confusion. I followed the instructions on the app, made an appointment, show up at the appointment, put the car in "service mode". Went over to speak with a Service Advisor went over my concerns, and they gave me a loaner Tesla for a day. Follow the app for updates and I returned when the app said it was completed. I dropped off the loaner and my advisor asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I overall thought it was a pleasant experience. All the SA were nice and took my concerns and explained it to me very well what the plans and the repair process are.

Had an interesting "first" experience at this site, because I didn't know what to expect.The staff were friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. It was the most comfortable that I have been since owning this fabulous car. Please apply this type of interaction to all area of Tesla access. Shout out to Jim, Ian, and Yani, Tesla staff extrodinaire! Thanks ?.

We had a flat tire off of HWy 13. My husband call AAA as we were waiting an angle stopped to help us. This angle is Mr. Ervin from tesla Road Side service. He was on his way home to eat lunch, but he noticed our car and he stopped to helped us. He try to repair the tire however he couldn't. He changed our tire and made sure all other tires were good. we were on our way in matter of 15 minutes.This young man needs to be recognized by tesla as an outstanding employee. He went out of his way to help us.Mr. Ervin thank you so much for helping us.

Berkeley Tesla took charge of a thorny saga I was having. It included transferring all the details from another service center.They made that seemless while under promising (estimating 3 days) and over delivering (completing work in 1).The car runs flawlessly.I only hope Elon learns to underpromise and overdeliver as well as the staff at Berkeley Tesla.

I've been to this place twice. First time it was ok, second wasn't very successful. They haven't done any work and returned the car saying it was all fixed. Literally a day later all those issue came back. Unfortunately customers can't call the center directly and talk to a live person. Overall, the car is good but their customer service needs some serious improvement if tesla plans on growing their sales.

This place is great, provided you don't mind (a) having no idea when you will get your car back, and (b) having no one to call to ask. I've received service here twice. The first time they kept my car for three days for a tire rotation. The second time they kept it for two days. They tell you to check your app for messages and updates. Total farce. They don't read your messages, and the app was reporting on time service on both occasions. Spare yourself the headache and go just about anywhere else.Service: Tires

Communication was so bad!!! I took my new car to fix a dried paint drip(they said they could fix it at the service center on delivery day, so I accepted the car), when I arrive that the service center they told me they couldn’t fix any paint problems there so they would schedule me to a nearby body shop to fix it, but the body shop never contacted me about it!! I messaged the service center several times, they said they will check up on it but still nobody contact me!!!
