these guys are very cool and their reasonable with the returns. I had a situation where my mother was Hurtt and I went to visit her long story short to stay put me out over my return. But the manager working there was kind enough to return the item, of course the item had tags and was never used and I’m sure they had all kinds of customers for the jacket, but the point is that was cool of them

A disappointment since there were no shells pants or skipants. Lots and lots of thin down jackets. Prices are no better than a regular sale at one of the on-line outdoor stores.

North Face Outlet – Berkeley
The store has a solid selection of gear—exactly what we needed for our upcoming trip. The product quality and pricing were on point, no complaints there.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. One staff member skipped me in line and called the next person, then argued that I should’ve walked over instead of waiting where the line naturally formed. It felt dismissive and disrespectful to the basic idea of a queue. I’m not sure why I was treated that way, but it left a sour note on an otherwise good shopping trip.
Great products, but I hope the team reflects on how they engage with customers. Courtesy goes a long way.
